L-threonate was the catch for me
L-threonate was the catch for me. You'd hardly find magnesium complex with L-threonate in them. This is also just 2 tablets, I don't have to chuck in 4 tablets.

I've been taking magnesium for a whole now. But when I saw the super magnesium 7 in 1 on tiktok I ordered immediately. Let's hope they do everything they say on the bag. More energy. More sleep and helps all mynother ailments.
