WISHES FROM AFRICA Anmeldelser

The whole thing is amazing but I did notice that the group of women in some videos have a certain mood. I think it affects the quality of the video. Which is what happened with mine as well.

The video came in less then 24 hours as I paid for urgent order and everything I asked for was there truly recommend 👌

Did everything I asked for, absolutely perfect video. Would buy again!

Everything about this experience was perfect. I reached out to customer service and they were quick with their reply and giving me all the information that I needed. The video was of great quality and sent to me in less than 48h, as mentioned on the website. The video itself was great, exactly what we wanted for making my friends birthday ultra special!! If you’re interested in purchasing these kind of videos I would definitely recommend Wishes from Africa since it is ethically sourced and make this whole experience extremely enjoyable!!

I can't believe how great this was. The first video I got had a kind of generic song so I made a review stating I was a bit disappointed but impressed with how fast I got it and WITHIN AN HOUR from posting that review I got a response from them offering to make me a new video for free with a more energetic song and more dancing. And BOY, did they deliver! Within a day I had the new video and it is absolutely perfect. Their customer support is top notch and I can't recommend this enough. Thank you so much!

Brilliant,my son loved it (for his birthday) very fast delivery, would recommend.

LMFAOOO THIS IS SO GOOD! 10/10 WILL BUY AGAIN!! THANK YOU!!💞💞💞

I placed an order through the website and the payment was taken immediately. It’s been several days now, and I have received neither the product nor any order confirmation. I've checked both my inbox and spam folder – nothing. I’ve tried reaching out to them but haven’t received any reply. This feels very unprofessional and frustrating, especially after paying for something you never receive.

I hope they sort things out soon – but based on my experience, I can’t recommend them.

The pronounce was great and the high energy!

The video is perfect! Really fast delivery and safe! Everything went great. I’m recommending it by all 10!!!

Delivered on time! I did some research about which website is original because they all showcase the same performance videos on their websites. This website is legit, I received my video in two days as described! Thank you, my friend liked the video!

Absolutely amazing! Such a fun and unique gift! Great price & great delivery speed! 100/10

Rapida la consegna e video proprio bello!

Friendly and great people

It was exactly what I expected! The team did an amazing birthday greeting , kissed the photo and danced to the song I sent! This is going to be the best Gift I could ever think of!
Its something truly unique, no one else would have ever thought of gifting!
100% recommended for anyone wondering, Its worth every penny! Just go for it!

PS. Everyone LOVED IT.

The order was delivered within one day.
The video is fine!
Very touching, thank you!

I ordered a personalized video and was extremely disappointed with the result. The people in the video looked bored, unmotivated, and not even trying. It was meant to be a special message, but I can’t even use it because of how poorly it was made. I immediately reached out to request a refund.

The customer service response was both dismissive and frustrating. First, they claimed the video couldn’t be refunded because it was already "viewed" — a ridiculous excuse, since of course any customer will view what they purchased. Then they kept repeating that personalized videos are non-refundable, even though their website clearly states a 100% money-back guarantee, unless there is fraud or abuse — which is not the case here. I even sent screenshots from their website showing this policy, but they ignored that and continued refusing the refund.

They offered to remake the video, but after such poor service and a lack of accountability, I have no trust in their ability to deliver a quality product. The fact that they stopped replying after I pointed out their own refund policy is unprofessional and unacceptable.

My nephew enjoyed the greeting. It made his birthday extra special. Thank you for the fun dance!
