It was a purchase of an Apple Watch. It was provided at a great price. I ordered it on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday, free postage. The Watch was exactly as described by Wise Market. I will certainly shop at Wise Market again.

My goods were delivered very quickly. I was able to track. The company is very reliable. The goods i received were packaged and came in good condition as the said they would be.

Easy online ordering and the phone turned up within 4 days, with a weekend in the middle. It was in excellent condition, exactly what I ordered

Worst shopping experience of my life, I ordered new Xiaomi phone from this store on 27th of January after they confirmed it was available with them, on 1st of February I was informed that my order will be dispatched that day. I waited and did not received any confirmation email.
Called multiple times on 2nd of February, agents responded that they will call me back after getting details from relevant TEAM. As expected no response was received.
I called again on 3rd, the agent informed me that all previous agent were morons and that my order was cancelled on 30th of January due to price increase of the phone I paid for. He shamelessly offered me to pay the difference of new price and the price on 27 January so he may process my request or he can refund my payment.
I asked him to refund and advice, why I was not informed earlier and why previous agents lied every time I contacted, he apologized for that and assured me that refund request is generated and I will get back my money in 2 or 3 days.
I called again on 6th they said refund request is generated and they will get details from (secret) RELATED TEAM and call me back with update. Its already 12th and I am yet to receive any update or my money back.
Every time I call / contact on chat they just apologize and tell a new lie.
100% not recommended.

You being genuinely sorry wont make any difference when I will have to pay extra money for same device from any GENIUNE vendor. Why I have to bear the loss when its fault from your side ? btw is it company policy to keep apologizing and lying 'cause thats what my experience so far with wisemarket.

It was easy to place the order, the price was very competitive for New phones (Motorola Edge20 Fusion). Delivery in two working days from when I placed the order. Vergil was able to provide tracking details through the chat feature on the Wise Market website.

Honestly I was skeptical at first, as there are reviews here which state that they had to wait ages due to them not having stock on hand etc. As a software engineer I needed the device quickly for app testing, so I found the device and asked them on chat first if they had the stock on hand - they checked and verified that they in fact had it on hand and sourced already, so I executed payment on Friday, phone literally showed up on Tuesday morning - took it out, and seriously it's like new - you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. For $600, when most hover around $1500 or so on other sites - this felt too good to be true - but what do you know, it showed up in perfect condition. I dont often write reviews, but these guys really did impress me. I'd definitely come back here for my next set of devices.

Ordered a phone that was paid for online, I was a bit skeptical as I wasn't sure if they are a credible seller. Turns out phone was out of stock, received a call from one of their reps suggesting that I swap for another model for the same price but I declined and asked for a refund, no questions asked refund came straight through into my Paypal.

I purchased a phone and received it within 3 days...... Awesome! Great customer service during and after the phone was delivered. I had a courtesy call from them to make sure I had received the phone.... I would definitely recommend this company in the future!
