Will answered all my questions of the watch then talked me through the buying procedure, sending a HD video of the watch and then a video of packaging the watch ready for next day, before 1p.m special delivery, the watch arrived excellently packaged and exceeded my expectations,

I took the leap and purchased a designer watch for the first time as keep sake for milestone birthday. Will offered support and reviews of watches via social media as I could not attend the shop. I eventually identified the correct watch for me and after very open and clear discussion on price made a purchase. Will is extremely professional and considerate in his customer approach. He took the time to send me not just tracking information based upon my availability to take receipt of watch he also sent me a short recording of the packaging process to assure me of security and safety while in carriage. Will had been recommended by several people on a Panerai forum, and he was very accommodating from my first email to him. He discussed my requirements and helped me to narrow down the search to the watch that I really wanted. His knowledge and understanding were sublime, and he did not once try and force my decision. He promised to source the watch that I wanted, and that it may take a little time for the narrow age of the watch I required. When it arrived Will contacted me and I went to visit him. The watch was immaculate and I received the level of service reserved for VIPs.
