Inactive pre-sale resposone

I've tried to contact WiseCP with a pre-sales query. Sent a couple of queries between 1st and 5th May, WiseCP don't reply.

While I'm using the trail version, and as they don't respond to pre-sales queries, should I look for another hosting and digital provider, or stick with WiseCP?

In addition, (9 May), I tried to use their ticketing system to make a query, but as I've not brought a copy/licence, they prevent the use of opening a ticket, citing, no service selected, not giving the option to select a service or trail version.

I purchased the WISECP Professional…

I purchased the WISECP Professional (Lifetime) license with the expectation of long-term usability and stability. However, it has become clear that without an active annual update/support package, access to essential improvements, security updates, and new features is completely restricted.

This effectively renders the “lifetime” aspect of the license highly misleading. While it may be reasonable to charge for extended support, restricting critical updates behind an additional paywall is not what most users would reasonably expect from a lifetime product.

More importantly, this limitation is not communicated clearly enough at the point of purchase. Many users are likely unaware that their product will become functionally outdated or insecure without recurring payments. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about the licensing model.

The constant “Upgrade Not Active” warnings within the panel further degrade the user experience and create a sense of forced upselling rather than genuine value.

Recommendations:

Clearly disclose all limitations of the lifetime license before purchase
Provide critical security updates regardless of support status
Improve transparency and avoid creating pressure-based upgrade messaging

Overall, the product shows potential, but the current licensing and update policy significantly undermine trust and long-term usability.

Outstanding technical support

Outstanding technical support! I experienced a critical issue where FileManager.php was being corrupted after a system update. The WiseCP support team identified the root cause within minutes - it was related to a recent platform update conflict. They not only fixed the problem immediately but also explained the technical details clearly. Response time was incredibly fast, even on a Sunday. As someone running multiple hosting businesses for over 20 years, I can confidently say WiseCP's support quality is world-class. Highly recommended for professional hosting operations!

I believe this project is dead

I believe this project is dead, they put the v5 version for a year and it is not even near to be done. But they keep updating the license prices almost each month. The current wisecp version has plenty of bugs and if you complain they will just silence you! Not recommended!

Ich habe WISECP bisher als verlässliches Produkt empfunden und war grundsätzlich zufrieden. Die jüngsten Preissteigerungen wurden zwar angekündigt, allerdings meiner Meinung nach mit sehr kurzer Vorlaufzeit.

Als Geschäftskunde erwarte ich bei solchen Änderungen in der Preisstruktur eine deutlich längere Ankündigungsfrist idealerweise drei bis sechs Monate im Voraus. Nur so ist es aus meiner Sicht möglich, betriebliche Entscheidungen vorausschauend zu treffen und Preisanpassungen in die eigene Planung einzubeziehen.

Ich persönlich empfinde die kurzfristige Umsetzung als wenig kundenfreundlich und habe daher für mich beschlossen, dieser Preisentwicklung nicht weiter folgen zu wollen. Diese Einschätzung basiert auf meiner individuellen Erfahrung und stellt meine persönliche Meinung dar.

Nonexistent Communication

Nonexistent Communication, I have been interested in getting WISECP however i wanted to ask a few question such as if they were still in active development and stuff like that soical media is inactive and no way to contact so i try opening a support ticket like the auto message told me to and when i submit a message it errors out saying i cant sent it no matter the option i pick

wisecp.com'u seviyorum. Çünkü sorunları detaylı araştırıp size öneriler sunuyor. Genelde oluşan sorunlar sunucu güvenliği tarafından engelleme yapılan işlemler de oluşmaktadır. Bu sorunu sunucu yönetim tarafı çözerse wisecp'de zaten sorun olmuyor.

Wisecp is a prime example of the downside

I hadn't logged into Wisecp for a while. Looking at the costs, I realized that even opening a support ticket requires purchasing a monthly support package.

Thank you—Wisecp has been one of the biggest regrets of my life. I left WHMCS for it, but at this point, this is the best I can say about Wisecp.

**"I contacted them regarding an issue where the WISECP template was not working correctly – during domain ordering, the hosting option does not appear. Their response was that I should contact the template developer. However, the template developer is WISECP itself; I just cloned the original template. Their final response was essentially to solve it myself.

With every version update, they rewrite the structures and core components, which means constantly fixing the APIs. Moreover, the upcoming 5.0 version won’t even be compatible with the current one (you’ll only be able to import clients), so you’ll have to rewrite all plugins and APIs from scratch.

If you don’t want to get stuck with thi company, don’t even bother working with them.

Die Software selbst wird kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt, was die aktiven Updates eindrucksvoll zeigen. Dadurch bleibt WISECP stets aktuell und erfüllt die Anforderungen moderner Unternehmen.

So far very happy with their support.

So far, I am pleased with their support.
Coming from another solution, they obviously miss things like a comprehensive marketplace. This is a big missing feature for customers who are using it on WHMCS, for example.
