Order a brushed brass mirror cabinet. What arrived was cheap tin, painted a green/orange colour. No answer on their phone lines, hours of holding / calling. Emails not answered. Finally got the chat bot and then a human who told me they would collect it between 9-5 Friday. Day off work, but a no show. Now telling me Monday!!!

the process was straightforward and I didn't run into any issues along the way. Whenever I had a question, I got a clear reply which made things easier. Overall, I'm satisfied with how everything was handled.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Received an email stating that my order had been despatched via DPD. DPD had not received the order and had to chase several times.
When it did arrive the shower tray was Traymaster and not Crosswater as ordered. Despite promising to send out the metal waste cover it has still not been received.
Very difficult to get hold of via phone and when you do, you cannot trust a word they say.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The item turned out as expected and the delivery came through quicker than I thought it would. Everything arrived in good condition, so no complaints from my side.

I had a couple of questions before placing my order and the support team gave clear answers, which made it easier for me to decide. The item matched what I was looking for and the process was straightforward from start to finish.

Non existent customer service. Ordered a sink and paid extra for express delivery in 2-3 days. 2-3 weeks later and numerous chasing it still didn’t arrive. No reply to emails, continuous false promises to return calls. Finally asked for a refund two weeks ago and it still hasn’t materialised. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Waiting for credit card chargeback.

We bought an expensive toilet seat from Wise. It turns out to be made from some material which isn't waterproof! The seat is swelling and will have to be replaced. We contacted Wise by email on many occasions. No reply. We phoned no response.
We are left having to buy and pay again for the installation a new toilet seat.

On several occasions from tuesday 5th august I I phoned Wisebathroms with a query. On all of the calls I was kept waiting for up to 15minutes and then an automated voice said to leave a message and someone would get back to me. There was never a call back so I went onto their chat line and explained that I had a problem with an item I wanted to buy but again there was no help.
I find it concerning that there is no contact with the public so therefore I have decided not to buy the item that I wanted in case there is a problem with it.

Once the order was placed they didn’t want to know. No delivery updates from them, Emails were ignored, trying to get anyone to answer the phone was a nightmare and when I did, I felt I was being told what I wanted to hear. Once the delivery date had come and gone without any further updates from them, I did manage to get hold of someone to say I wanted to cancel the order, I was advised and emailed that the order was cancelled and I’d get a refund, that didn’t happen either.

Ordered a shower door over a month ago, money has been taken but still no sign of it. Have made multiple attempts to contact via email but had no reply at all and impossible to contact on the phone. Please avoid!!!

Work moved along without any major issues. I got updates now and then, which helped me know where things were at. In the end, it looked good and felt like the right choice for what I needed.

Turnaround was quicker than I expected, and the final finish looked clean and well thought out. I could tell care had gone into every detail. Feels like money well spent, and I'd happily use this team again.

I bought a shower enclosure and it arrived very late with no communication. The door was damaged and despite much pleading I have not received a replacement. I have phoned numerous times and every promise gets broken. This is a dreadful company with terrible customer setvice and I would not recommend!
