I cannot get in touch with this company! Phone number is bad and not email contacts even though it says it is ...it goes to a front webpage with no other contact info. I got charged ~100 twice in teh span of minutes on April 16th...I have no idea what for as the payment that popped up on my mail doesn't say and you can't get to it. PP has stopped it but I'm onthe hook for those 2.

They are now trying to claim my review was for another company. Bank statements, Paypal correspondance and communications with the company would indicate otherwise.

As stated in my previous two reviews, this company charged me for a subscription without my consent over a year ago. Even after they emailed me swearing there would be no further charges, they went ahead and charged me another $19.99 as a "cancellation fee" a few months later.

My credit card company was unable to help, so I had no choice but to give up and accept it as a costly lesson.

However, four months later today, I received an email from Trustpilot stating that Wire Salad claims my review "belongs to another business."

Let me be clear. This claim is pathetic. I know exactly who took my money, and my bank records prove it. These negative reviews aren't a "mistake" or a case of mistaken identity. They are the direct consequence of their own shady and intentional business practices.

It’s obvious they are trying to manipulate their rating (the sudden surge of short, 5-star reviews is highly suspicious). If they truly want to improve their score, I suggest they start by running an honest business.

By the way, don't be fooled by their "we will investigate immediately" replies here. In reality, they never provide a sincere response to actual emails.

Continuano a prelevare da PayPal senza che abbia mai sottoscritto o acquistato nulla.Come agire in questo caso di "truffa".

I paid 99$ and 19.95 and haven’t even received anything and I ordered in March 2026. There has been plenty time for shipped items to arrive and they have never answered emails and I’d like to just cancel order. They never sent a tracking number so I’m assuming it’s not shipped yet. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Like many others here, I ordered 4 packs of tanning gummies for £24.99 they took £99!!! Tried to cancel immediately within 5 mins
They said NO as was shipped??
Raise a dispute however PayPal went in sellers favour no refund
Then noticed I had a subscription!?
Took me emails back and forward to get this cancelled.
Got gummies after waiting 4 weeks, took them for 4 weeks NO tan whatsoever!
Not surprised
STAY AWAY everyone SCAM!!!

El 28 de marzo compré unas gominolas para ponerse moreno. Y lo único que me han enviado es que el paquete está listo para salir. Creo que no me lo enviaran. Mejor comprar las gomitas ASUNO en otro sitio de confianza. Personalmente voy a tener que hacer otra compra de ASUNO en una empresa de confianza.

I have just found out this company have taken £66 yearly subscription that I didn’t even know about. I cannot find anything that I supposedly ordered(face yoga)and no correspondence or emails. In fact when I contacted this company to cancel they kept trying to say they didn’t recognise my email address. They are nothing but a scam. DO NOT USE THEM!

Completely scam. I ordered just one bag just to try if it’s Wii work on me because I have multiple conditions including Lupus, suddenly I see another charge on my account!I didn’t ask for any subscription and I can’t afford it ether. Very disappointed!

Ich habe kein Abonnement mit dieser Firma. Warum wird dann Geld von meinem Konto abgebucht? Ich habe den Fall PayPal gemeldet und auch an Wiresalad eine Mail geschrieben.

Wenn das Geld nicht zurückgebucht wird, dann werde ich das zur Anzeige bringen. Eine absolute Frechheit.

Addebitati 98€ e precedentemente 39 € (gennaio e marzo) MAI autorizzati. Gìà chiesto annullamento addebito via mail. Ovviamente di sabato Mai acquistati nulla! Nè prodotti nè app!
