Wouldn’t recommend this site lol. They banned me for no reason at all on Zapio. Poor customer service, a laggy site, and too many spammers in the Zapio chat. Wouldn’t risk it.

Responsive Chat but Very Unhelpful

The live chat support is actually responsive, but the real issue is that they don’t seem to understand the situation or the concerns being raised. Despite explaining things clearly, the responses feel generic and don’t address the actual problem.

It’s frustrating because even though someone replies quickly, there’s no real resolution or proper assistance. For a platform handling real money, customer support should be competent and able to understand users properly. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here, which is why I’m giving a 1-star rating.
