Hi Jennifer. Thanks for shopping with us and thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Apologies for the hardback/ paperback issue. I don't think that's ever been available in paperback so not sure where that rogue piece of information came from. Thanks for pointing it out, I've ammended the website for future purchasers!

Phenomenal service. Winstone’s staff went out of their way to get a Christmas gift to my goddaughter on time - by hand delivering it! Reinforced to me the value of supporting independent retailers. Thank you!

Excellent personal service
It was wonderful to have a kind human being at the end of a phone when I had a query - someone who knew exactly what was going on at a busy time of the year and was able to efficiently put my mind at rest. Excellent personal service - would thoroughly recommend.
