Winners VIP Club 

This company is not very professional and it’s untrustworthy.
I’m very disappointed.

I had a terrible experience with Winners VIP Club. They reached out to me on TikTok on July 4th about a collaboration, inviting me to the Silverstone Grand Prix in exchange for promoting their brand. I was thrilled and immediately provided my details. They confirmed the tickets on July 5th and sent me clothing to wear at the event, promising to transfer the tickets by July 6th.

As a full-time content creator, I rearranged my schedule around this agreement, impacting my content and income. I also spent nearly £50 on travel to collect the clothing and meet another creator they assured me had tickets too. Despite my updates and repeated follow-ups, the tickets were never sent. The representative, Charlotte, kept delaying and finally responded dismissively, saying, "I give up."

On the day of the event, still without tickets, I received an unprofessional message claiming the tickets bounced—impossible given the Silverstone app transfer process. She blamed being busy and even suggested I wasn't out of pocket, despite my wasted time and money. Her dismissive attitude and failure to keep me updated ruined my weekend professionally and personally.

This opportunity meant a lot to me, especially since I have been dealing with personal issues and was looking forward to something positive. The whole ordeal left me feeling hurt, anxious, and significantly out of pocket. The lack of professionalism and honesty was unacceptable. Despite their later apology and a vague offer to attend another event, the damage was done.

I hope Winners VIP Club learns from this and improves their processes, but I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

I had more success with this site in a couple of gos than other sites I’ve been playing for ages, maybe that’s because their quote new still? Anyway I’ll be playing again!

Really nice prizes and most seem to have a cash alternative. They do live draws which are really fun.

I won a sports car for a day but decided to take the cash alternative which they paid as soon as they got my bank details. I didn’t win the VIP prize but they sound amazing events.

Wow! Just wow! I love Winners VIP Club! I entered a couple times, I was a bit sceptical at first, the second time of entering I won a 65” tv! They contacted me before I even knew i’d won it! They said I could have the tv or cash but I went for the tv and it arrived 2 days later!

I only starting using winners vip club a few months ago and i was lucky enough to win the £500 cash draw last week, not only that i won the VIP prize to the silverstone GP as well.
I would recommend to anyone to give them a try and you never know it could be you getting the winners call.

WinnersVIP have some great prizes up at good odds. The live draw is fun to watch as well. Winners call and money in bank same night so can't fault them.

I've won several main draws with winners vip. What a great site and great prizes with great odds. Anyone thinking about putting tickets on I would highly recommend doing so. Funds are always transferred immediately. Live draws are always good to watch and great people running it.

Came across Winners VIP club and entered tickets into each of the active comps finishing that same night, I was lucky enough to get a double win from the main comps, the voucher win was received the following day and delivery updates given regarding the Xmas hamper. A very nice mix of comps with decent entry prices. The live draws are a joy to watch and entertaining. All communication with the team has been easy and they seem like a lovely bunch.

I was also lucky to win a place in the VIP trip from the nights winners wheel spin. Extremely happy with all the prizes, it’s a company I will definitely continue to use. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service I was lucky enough to win a prize and due to a few technical problems and maybe my own clumsiness when setting up my account the staff had great difficulty tracking me down but did in the end and within 24 hours I had the cash so talk about going above and beyond! 😂
