Should be a great product if I ever get it
Product was back ordered which is acceptable but then took two months to get back in stock. Customer service was condescending in communication about the timeline of restock and delivery. At time of this review shipping label has been created for about a week and still not shipped. I have also received emails about the warranty window to register board closing soon months before board was in stock let alone delivered which it still has not and have no timeline of its possible delivery

Lack of character and class
Update- Winmau did in fact reach out but it was only to pour salt in the wound I guess. They haven’t resolved anything. The board is still sitting in the same place it was based on tracking number with “label created”. No dartboard has been received and they have had my 170.00 USD since the boards release day. At this point I can no longer, in good faith recommend doing business with Winmau/RedDragon. So unfortunate and really tragic for what used to be one of the greatest.
This experience has entirely changed my perspective of Winmau/RedDragon for the worse. I understand presale orders but this was never advertised as such and I also understand that my government has made delivery more difficult logistically but you severely let your customer base down with this product release. On top of that your lack of communication, empathy and offered recourse is shocking for a company of your size and supposed caliber. You are a titan of the darting industry and sport and should hold yourself to a higher standard. I will continue to recommend your products to new players due to the quality of your products not the quality of your people.

Long shipment duration to Germany
It took a few days till shipment, thats fine, but now another five days later the darts are still in the UK. I do not know if such an duration is expectable but it feels like an eternity.

After making the purchase, I resubmitted my request for an invoice with the company’s information, which was not available prior to the purchase. I still have not received a response, and the order is currently held up by the Portuguese tax and customs authorities because the invoice issued with the purchase does not include the company’s tax ID number.

Fusion Flight
The shopping and ordering process were both very organized and streamlined.... I knew exactly what I needed and found them(A set of medium length Fusion Flights in orange) 🧡 very easily.... added to cart and proceeded to check out...which I easily navigated, payed and then my new flights arrived 1 day early and have definitely already found their mark! 🎯
