Window Purchase and Install
Working with the salesperson (Jake) and window installer (Brandon) was great. Jake was available to assist with, and answer, any questions I had throughout the process; as did Brandon. They would get 5 stars! However, trying to reach customer service was difficult between language barriers, disconnected calls, etc. When I did reach someone they did try to help! Again, because I could reach Jake; everything got handled!

Our experience started with a simple estimate and it got better and better from there!!! The expert, Julius, came and helped us through the entire scary, excited, frustrating, happy first half of the process! He was so knowledgeable and any questions he didn't know, his superior did! After the first part of the process was done, we waiting for the windows to come! Our project manager kept in informed every step of the way! ONE EXCEPTION…
All is well except the large 4 piece window that was mounted in the center former is not up to specs. It was evidently measured wrong.there is a filler.board of approx 3/4 inch between the factory window and the original frame of the window. Aside from that, it was left unfinished.
I thought they did a great job on all the rest. And were courteous and communicated well.
This is definitely an exception.
