Experience not as expected or described
Installation was supposed to happen Tuesday around 8 am and I wasn’t contacted to tell me the crew “ghosted” them until I texted the person who said they would be there around 8 am. This was around 9:30.
They came the next day earlier than expected.
I still have a few minor issues which need to be corrected.

Defect in one screen. Gaps inbetween ledge and window. Caulking applied poorly.

First day and happy
Installation team was prompt; Cleaned up well after install. Repaired a screen with a small defect on site. Very happy with outside trim. Sunny side of house is remarkably cooler and much quieter when new windows are closed.

The windows are great, however the salesman lied about the terms of the contract.
