I would like to thank Carly for sharing her professional knowledge with me. She explained the companies work in detail, helped to make sure the installment of my door would go smoothly.
Joe is a SKILLED carpenter and an excellent teacher. He explained detail to his helper Dominick. I have plaster walls in my house, Joe and Dominick kept my house very clean during the install. My entry door and screen door look great!
Hats off to this family business, they treat you and your home with respect.

My windows were installed on 2/17/15. The windows look good,
they did a nice job installing them ---by looks.
The day my windows were installed it started snowing , I think they rushed to install them and did not insulate around the window frame.
My old windows the seals were bad and we had drafts cold air around windows.----MY NEW WINDOWS STILL HAVE DRAFTS.
The curtains move like the windows are open---AND THE ARE CLOSED AND LOCKED!! . I hear my neighbors more now,
with the new restorations windows closed and locked than i did with old windows .
Called and stopped in office at least 4 or 5 times told someone going to come out and insulate around windows?? And a couple rips in screens
I drop them off at office, still waiting for them to get repaired.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we stepped inside the store. The personal attention and time that was given to us to help pick out the door we wanted was amazing. The door came out beautiful and we couldn't have hoped for a better experience all around. We would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Very happy with the purchase and installation of my new Sunrise Windows from Window & Door Outlet, Inc. From working with Sam in the initial consultative stage to the actual installation which was done by Manny and his co-worker I'd recommend them to others whom are in the market to replace their windows.

Window & Door Outlet in Edison was not our first or second stop for in our search for a replacement to our 20+ year old door, but was the last. We found the the staff (Thank You Chuck) to be very informative, providing candid advice and guidance. The installers were equally competent and respectful of our home. The workmanship is of high quality, excellent attention to detail and when they left, the old door debris was gone and the area as clean as one would want in front of our home.
In all, a pleasant experience from beginning to end. We would not hesitate to do additional work with Window & Door Outlet in Edison.

Contacted Window and Door outlet. They in turn contacted the factory.
Had them replaced with in a few weeks.

This was my first experience with a major home improvement without the assistance of other family members, and the faith and trust I placed in Jeff Aversa from Window & Door Outlet was more than justified. Having spoken to other window replacement outfits, Window & Door Outlet was a refreshing, reassuring experience. There was no pressure, hard-sell, or "incentive" pushing as exhibited by other companies.
Jeff worked with me in choosing windows that my budget could accommodate and actually made it possible for me to get windows of a better quality than the ones I kept mentioning and with which he felt I would not be happy. I trusted him and am completely delighted with the windows, They look and feel sturdy, substantial, neat and refined.
Installation is also a major factor in a window's effectiveness. The installers, Alphonse and Mario, were like a well-oiled machine. 24 double hung windows and a picture window were replaced in 1 day. They were meticulous in all their actions and thoroughly cleaned the work areas inside and outside. Amazing!!! Jeff is to be commended for his work ethic and for the competence of those he chooses with whom to work.

I ordered windows for my parents condo and approval needs to come from the property management before installing. Even though the property management was very slow to approve the replacement of the windows, the salesperson from Window and Door Outlet kept in contact with me through text and did all they could do to help. The windows were finally installed with no mess. Every employee from the salesperson to the office to the technicians were pleasant, professional and helpful. I will use them again!

We ordered 5 replacement windows and we are very happy. The installers arrived on time, were very neat and extremely efficient. The windows look fantastic.

Workers showed up on schedule. I was initially concerned about damage to my newly installed hardwood floors but installers were careful to lay protective blankets down in work area. They removed and disposed of old storm and entry door and installed new doors without disturbing anything. Highly recommended!

We had to replace all of our windows. We had quotes from quite a few different companies. Not only were they affordable but they are knowledgeable. They were patient with us and answered all of our questions. The windows look beautiful and I have recommended them to my friends and family!
