Responses were prompt and very respectful. The sequence for ordering tickets was a little confusing. I was told to set up the app Wimbledon 2026 but not told that this app was not yet available. I was also asked to provide my contact information in the order email but there was no place to put a phone number except by separate response. Still, overall very good.

The staff are outstanding
The staff are outstanding. The website, unlike some years in the past, does not show the row of the tickets. This would save purchasers from making an overseas call in my case.
