The service provided and guidance in helping us to secure a storage space was fantastic. The pricing was also very competitive, but the personal service provided won us over.

Good location
Good location, customer service by the staff is good but the product/price is not the greatest. Had a ground floor drive up unit but had multiple (4 times in 10 weeks) issues where i couldnt drive in/out of my storage as there was either a customer vehicle or a Wilsons van in the way .

Wilson’s Storage in Williamstown North where I dealt with Nadia and Nathan. Awesome customer focus very accommodating and fresh. My needs were the most important item on their agenda from the time I walked into their office. Very welcoming and supportive to my needs. Worked fast and diligently to secure the right storage unit for me. I have to say the atmosphere in the office was the most pleasant and welcoming. Greatful to have encountered Nadia who was a true asset to Wilson’s and Nathan who was guided by Nadia and shows great prospects for his future in Wilson’s. Thank you both for making a hard time bare able, much respect and appreciation 🙏
