Fantastic customer service
Terry, Denise and Mike are fantastic - they provided outstanding customer service and are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The rates are great and the facility is clean and easy to use.

South Melb Wilson’s were great! They always went above and beyond to help me if needed & everything was super easy- to get in, update payments from overseas to moving out!
My stuff was in perfect condition after 12+ months in storage here.

Highly recommend
The team at Wilson’s storage are super helpful and accomodating. Was really professional and showed me exactly how to use to facility and all around it.
I was able to occupy a storage unit within 2 weeks of my enquiry thanks to the team.
It’s in a great spot & I would highly recommend

Professional storage company Facilities…
Professional storage company Facilities are clean and up to date, so is security protocols. They may be among the most expensive but the extra is worth it.
Special mention to Terry and prior to that Anita, as managers of the Sth Melbourne facility. Very friendly and assisting .
Highly recommend this facility but am aware of other Wilson Storage facilities and they are all good

Terry was responsive and friendly when I needed to downside from a large storage space to a smaller one. he totally impressed me by making it happen in the day I called and gave me time to move my stuff across, padlocked the new smaller one, transferred the credit payment across for the new one. So it all happen smoothly. Greta team in South Melbourne. Thks

Tl;dr overall a worthwhile service
These guys were thorough, patient and interacted beyond just the job role. He also provided useful tidbits in terms of what to expect from storage and some of the small risks creating realistic expectations. They always seem down for a chat but don't force it on you.
The paperwork side on Wilson's seems to lack conciseness and clarity though... but it's not a real problem.
