Wilson Storage - South Melbourne Anmeldelser

Great service,Terry explained everything and did a walk around with us.We have accessed the facility and all went well.
Thanks.

I was very impressed with the service that Terry offered me. He was efficient and flexible and resolved my situation quickly. The South Melbourne facility was also very clean and access was easy.

The fees are absolutely exorbitant and their portal keeps forgetting the autopay added credit card leading to massive late fees even when the issue is raised. Found the same size storage a third of the price just outside of the city area. Honestly can not recommend at all based on fees alone, I wish it was more convenient to have moved earlier but now that I’ve left it’s an absolute sigh of relief.

Terry Gleeson was so helpful in every way possible to enable my delivery from Grace Removals to be efficiently stored into your clean safe storage units.
Thank you Wilson Storage

Terry was great and storage facility is super clean

Easy to deal with, reliable and great with their communication. Terry the manager does a great job and is pleasant to deal with.

Needed some last-minute storage help and gave these guys a call. I dealt with Nick and also his manager Terry.

Both guys were amazing and empathetic with my situation of needing a very last-minute storage solution. They were accommodating and understood how stressed I was given that I was left stranded by Removalist during a recent move and needed to have my belongings somewhere until I could organise myself.

I couldn’t fault how these guys handled my situation and made me feel at ease

All I can say is thank you so much, guys. I really appreciate your assistance.

Highly recommend

Great guiding and professional team.

service , staff polite and friendly, location suitable and accessible, clean amenities

Rented a unit from Wilson Storage for almost two years. No complaints, altogether a smooth process and a good experience, would recommend!

I love every single person working here. I had 0 worries leaving my stuff there for over a year! Single-handedly the only storage I trust now. Thanks to everyone

Terry and everyone at SouthMelbourne Wilson’s are the most understanding people on the business. They made me feel respected and understood same with the people I have met there of almost the same situation I have experienced. The cleanliness, security is worth the very affordable pricing aside from being my temporary location after trying to rebuild myself from a domestic violence, victims of crime event, commonwealth identity theft that led to the unjust loss of my ABN and company The House of Sofiya Melbourne Pty Ltd that were all professional neglect duty of care by ASIC and my hired professional accountants. Wilson Storage is highly recomended and will be back to settle my last due account soon, Till then!

We’ve had several storage bays at South Melbourne for over five years. The staff have always been exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The bays are clean, secure and easily accessible, in a great loation. Highly recommend their service!

Very accessible, Clean, Very professional service & excellent variety of spaces!

Great customer service- went above and beyond to help. Appreciated all the follow-through and quick turnaround time.

Professionalism of the staff is what clinched this for me. I've stored with others who just say 'yes' to specific requirements, eg out of normal Aussie office hours access, access to electricity power point on an ad hoc basis, running the last couple of months of a contract for support for overseas online biz as you close down this operation, then get upset that you do what you say you were going to do. So refreshing to find a supplier who says no to some things as it demonstrates they aren't just looking to get a sale. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

What I'll be doing for the next 14 months requires me to be absolutely focused on the task at hand & not worrying/being distracted by access or security issues.

The fact that the local management & staff are really nice folks is icing on the cake 😀👍

Excellent location, extremely clean, organised, exceptional customer service and good pricing.

I had the greatest experience. Terry who i delt with made the entire process very easy. He was extremely transparent, listened to my requestes and gave me three options to choose from, with a recemmendation based on my situation which showed he actualy listened to my needs as a customer, and was able to advise me on the correct size unit i needed. His impeciable customer service is the number one reason I chose to do business with Wilson storage.

Terry was fantastic.

I was very happy knowing my personal belongings were stored safely for 3 years
The staff were always helpful during arrival, during the 3 years and while I moved my things out
I loved that access to my unit was always available, that the building itself was accessible- that I could (usually) park my car safely in the entrance or just outside the building during quieter hours, and that I received emails regarding payments and price changes to keep me informed.
Terry Gleason was very helpful during my move out
Thank you soo much for your professional service, Terry
