Excellent facility. Excellent service
Excellent overall. My storage space was secure and there were never any issues with accessibility into the facility or my storage space. The whole establishment was clean and had a lot of trollies and other apparatus that helped with moving items in and out. Owners and staff super friendly and helpful. I will go there again when if I need storage in the future.

Michelle from Rowville was amazing at setting up my storage unit, in addition to providing me with all information I asked for. She knows what she is doing and is exceptional at her job, everything eas explained perfectly and it was quick + easy.

Do you know that feeling when you go to a business and you have just an exceptional experience? Michele at Rowville really delivered this for me. I started talking to her a few weeks ago and checked her quotes against a number of competitors. They were well priced but through the process I felt like it was the best value because of how helpful Michele was. I wasn’t disappointed. She found me the best rate and went above and beyond to make booking and moving in an absolute pleasure. Too good. Thanks Michele.
