Time to move on.
Spiraling prices. Regular increases in costs but no uplift in services to balance increased $$$.
Staff abrupt and slow to respond to enquiries via phone or email.
Facility not kept very clean - lots of dust, dead leaves and cardboard scrap.

More than just storage
I had a storage unit with Richmond storage over 5 years. I found the staff always very helpful and supportive of any needs and enquiries that I had. They went above and beyond to cater for my needs, from navigating the best unit size to assisting me with my exit. Highly recommended.
