Wilson Storage - Mt Waverley Anmeldelser

Great experience overall! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Cass who made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The Use of the van was brilliant and made the move easier.
Highly recommend!

Storage cage was spotlessly clean

Cass & Liam have been fantastic to deal with. From the moment I enquired about finding some space, they worked with me until the right spot came along. They were professional, transparent & interested. A big thank you to Cass & Liam, great operators.

Friendly staff

We have had a storage unit there for nearly 2 years now. Great customer service at front desk, easy access to enter and exit the facility with the key card provided. Trolleys provided are a bonus without having to worry about bringing any of your own. We have been very happy with the service provided overall. Thank you.

Close to my living, efficient daily use, highly recommended

The sales and customer service when signing up was fantastic

Very good facility good staff

Very Friendly, Information was simple and clear.

The team is incredible do provide the best customer service and support to clients at the storage, we had 3 units and they were easy to contact and always provided assistance when required

The staff were extremely helpful and listened to what I need to be able to store my belongings.

I would like to express my concerns regarding the manager of the Mount Waverley Wilson storage facility, Toni Bowman. Unfortunately, my experiences with her have been quite negative. I found her to be very rude and disrespectful, and her behavior has left a lasting impression on me.

Additionally, I want to highlight an issue with the storage units themselves. Toni provides free plastic baskets to customers because the roofs of the units have small holes, causing rainwater to leak inside. This is not an acceptable solution, as anyone can see the plastic baskets exposed at the top of the storage units. It seems that Toni has not taken appropriate measures to address this problem.

In my experience, her management style resembles that of a strict school principal, which is not conducive to a positive customer experience. I strongly advise against storing your valuable items at Wilson Storage under the management of Toni Bowman, as it may lead to frustration and disappointment. Your money and belongings deserve better care and respect.

Cleanest, easiest , most secure storage I’ve ever been in.

Very helpful and attentive to my needs.
Changed the store number from 1 to 2 of different sizes which will work well
Explained in detail the workings and I have already moved part of my stuff in with no troubles

Easy, friendly, helpful

Courtesy & efficiency
Thanks

Very friendly, helpful staff, clean facilities

Good friendly service

The storage facility is well run - always clean, well lit and staff are super friendly and helpful. The sign up process is simple and straightforward and we had a unit for 3.5 years! No problems whatsoever in all that time.
