Excellent Customer Service
Meeting & speaking with Michelle was the very reason I chose Wilson Storage over your competitors. She was friendly, interested and very knowledgeable regarding what size storage we needed. Great customer service & clean facility.
Great customer service from staff over 6 years of having a storage unit at Moorabbin. The facility was always tidy & well presented. Amazed that my items were retrieved in an unexpectedly non dirty state after so long!

A seamless process
The team was very professional throughout the experience. Granted, most interactions are at the beginning and end, but they worked to make it a seamless process. The security system seems to work and, over three years or so, my things were never in jeopardy

Phone calls were answered quickly and email sent out immediately after. On-site viewing then the sign-up process equally smooth (although I was an existing customer). Reasonable rates to boot!
