Wilson Storage - Knoxfield Anmeldelser

Having to vacate my rented home of 12+ years is daunting to say the least but having not found anywhere affordable to move to in the 60 days notice is highly stressful, I've never been homeless in my life. The manager Fiona and staff at Knoxfield showed genuine compassion and were super helpful. The facility and how it works was easy to negotiate with their help.
The only downside was learning about the 28 days notice required upon departure after I had started moving things in. If I was told about it, it didn't register until I saw the sign when exiting the facility. I would argue that it is extreme and would like to hear how it's justified. If and when I find my next home, it's highly unlikely there would be a 28 day delay in moving in so either I sit in an empty unit while notice is served or I pay for a storage unit that I have vacated. Chances are the unit will get rented in that time so Wilson Storage get 2 rents paid for the 1 unit.
As this is the first time I've used a storage unit, I don't know if 28 days notice is approved standard practice. I guess I should look into it.

Everything was explained well and made easy

Attitude and friendliness of staff. Facility also excellent.

Smooth, trouble free admin and courteous staff,

Liam was friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Liam 10/10

Very friendly, very helpful and cooperative.

I have been using storage king knoxfield for a while and experienced 4 different manages, and now when it changes to wilson storage, and Fiona and Liam came, I'd say they are one of the best managers, always helpful, attentive and down to the earth, I noticed the noisy exit roller gate is also fixed after they came, so they are really doing the jobs to make here a better place. They leave you alone yet always there when you need help. Really happy, wish this place will become better and better and my business grow with it: )

Easy and convenient, although since changing to Wilson, the Knox facility has not been at the standard we've been used to. It often looks messy, dirty and not swept, and there are often no trolleys to be found near the entrances. Previously, the site was always spotless and trolleys were always kept tidily near the roller-door entrances and stairwells.

Terrific staff who looked after us very well.

Helpful and friendly staff.
Easy access with good trolleys.
Stored all my stuff during knock down rebuild and after 11months found no evidence of pests of any kind.
Site always clean.

Fiona was very helpful and the facility is proving very useful

Pleasant staff, secure storage. Excellent experience. Will definitely use them again!

Fiona is amazing, such compassion and wisdom.

Staff were friendly and efficient. We were arriving close to closing time and the person remained to ensure that we could get access and complete the paper work.

Liam not only explained the different size lockers but also showed them to us….he was very helpful with us to choose the right size for our needs.
He also explained the process and the pricing and the code and key pad.

Was very helpful and attentive of our needs.

Very competent and friendly staff. Easy process - little time involved getting organised. Simple process in and out of venue.
