Long time user...very happy.
I've been storing with Wilson Storage for over 10 years at both Richmond and Cheltenham combined. The staff are always great and helpful. And the premises are kept clean and tidy. 24 Hr access is a great benefit. It's not cheap, but then storage hasn't been for a long time. But when compared to other Storage businesses....I would put Wilson as No.1 for sure.

The main exterior roll up door is slow…
The main exterior roll up door is slow and unreasonably noisy.
However the administrative service was personable and as good as it could be...Denise Hayball, a listener, was wonderfully helpful at a times, providing appropriate advice when ever required.

Wiilson Storage is a fabulous facility with the most amazing and caring staff. I had to move into storage very quickly and the staff could not have been more helpful
