Thanks for a great Storage facility
The people are really helpful and go out of their way to get the right size unit for storage. The storage units are clean and tidy, easy to get to either via the stairs or a lift or they’re on the ground floor. The trolleys are easy to use also.

Lara presented herself in a professional and considerate manner. Listened to my needs, provided clear information on options, costs, contract details.
Further answering all additional questions, showing me location of storage unit, and how to navigate the access.
All assistance I needed was provided.

Administration team was very efficient and professional.
Site number on the back of the site was not reflective of contract site number or security pin number to enter premises.
Rubbish left at back of site needs cleaning up.

The manager was fantastic to communicate and manage my space through, the shed itself was so clean and very easy to access. I felt my things were safe and secure at all times. I would highly recommend this storage company to anyone.
