I have now been working with Wilson for almost a year.
I have thought about quitting several times as this coaching is unlike any other business/leadership coaching I have encountered in the past. It is uncomfortable, requires for you to look at the truth -what could be improved, where you are not putting the work, and where you are not showing up as a leader, therefore not having the results you want. Wilson's coaching requires a lot of work but it is life changing if you do what you are required to - put in the work and show up consistently.
I stepped into a new role 9 months ago, I changed industry, inherited a team, stepped into a new world, and I know I could not have navigated that new role the way I did without the coaching. 9 months in and our year on year revenue has grown by 31%.
This coaching has helped me grow as a leader, it has helped me drop the emotionality I was carrying and was hindering my growth, it is helping me navigate and process my emotions daily, and it has helped me show up as I would like to show up as a leader for my team, company and clients.

Wilson's coaching leaves no stones unturned. He has this ability to get into your head and way of thinking/being and lay it all out clear as day. To have access to this level of truth is at times uncomfortable but necessary at the same time in order for shifts to happen and behaviours to change.
It's an ongoing journey and already I am noticing how my unhelpful habits are becoming almost unbearable to be with so I am gradually letting go of what's not working.
When I started I had no intention in becoming a "leader" and yet this level of clarity and awareness is impacting all areas of my life positively. It really has hit home if we can't lead ourselves then what hope do we have in creating a meaningful existence.

In May 2024, a girl from Kazakhstan, a mother of two sons and a housewife with no prior experience in business, walked into the Wilsons’ Money Mastery Weekend.
This is how my journey begins..
For most of my life, my lower mind has been running in automatic mode—perceiving reality through a lens of high emotionality, where logic and reason barely exist. It felt like I was stuck on a hamster wheel, chasing dopamine kicks and running from scarcity..
But during that weekend, Wilson showed me the door, and I made the decision to walk through it.
For me, this “door” represents the 5 Pillars—a framework of self-discipline and consistent daily habits. I now structure my day from 5:30 AM to 6 PM in 30-minute blocks.
HELL- easy to say..! It’s not easy—it’s a constant battle to say “What I’ll do and then actually Do it..!”
But I’m determined.

I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend learning with Wilson Luna. This event stood out from all the similar events I have attended in the past. It was eye-opening to discover what I need to work on personally, and I appreciated the unique approach taken throughout the sessions.

Wilson’s energy was nothing short of remarkable, and his resilience, combined with the success stories shared by those who have benefited from his coaching, was truly inspiring. I would describe Wilson as an incredibly honest coach who tells it like it is, always with the participants’ best interests in mind. There was no sugar coating—just clear, actionable steps to take.

I highly recommend this event and all the contributors who made it possible. A special thank you to Anna Garcia for her excellent presentation and for inviting me to this life-changing experience.

Wilson’s coaching in one word - refreshing.

Built on the premise that it’s the leader and not the business idea that makes any venture successful. He builds powerful leaders, and what make a powerful leader? A conscious one who is disciplined. It’s an art form.

Through the years, I have been through multiple businesses that have failed. I was trying to build it on feelings. Chasing freedom and money.

I truly believed in the narrative - it had to be the business. I was so stubborn.

Within the first 3 months of joining his program, I closed a 4 figure deal with 1 client alone which was a first for me.

This past weekend alone challenged what it meant to be a strong women in business and at home and the limitations we accept as part of society. I am grateful and blessed to witness the conversations in the room.

If you’re new/old to business or a leader ready to create success and wanting a blueprint to being fulfilled at work and home then I highly recommend immersing in this environment. Not only do you get to meet inspirational people but you also become an inspiration.

The recent 2-day seminar was an excellent introduction to the Wilson Luna coaching programme, delivering many valuable insights and take-aways, as well as clarifying the scope and intent of the broader programme.

Whilst I shan't be joining the programme at this time, should my career/life journey shift towards business and wealth-creation, I would seriously consider joining the programme.

It was an absolute privilege to be in the room, surrounded by giants, and hearing the stories of their respective journey of the good, the bad and the ugly. It was inspiring to hear what’s possible to create.

It was confronting and uncomfortable to expose the truths of where I have been eluding myself.

So much gold shared in the no nonsense coaching and lessons to integrate, to shift to level up. Build the momentum and your internal reputation.

To stop being lazy on the inside, and become the adult leader across every area of life, every half an hour.
Add value every half an hour! Schedule! Plan across all areas of life! Eating plan, exercise plan and become the leader you need to be on your own journey. How productive will your day be then? People that execute on their plan - normally get there.

The authentic no BS approach was exactly what I needed. The team behind this program are absolutely top notch. Legacies will be birthed from this!

I came as an invited guest to this life-changing event, having been on the amazing Anna Garcia's programme.

I spent the first day in a state of overwhelm and wanted to pose the question: What if you've (I've) lost your (my) direction and can't see the signs for the wood & the trees (butchering an old British saying).
My dreams were OFF THE SCALE on Saturday night - freaky stuff being processed - but I came along to Sundays session with the clearest vision yet 💥
I don't yet know if it's a bat-💩 crazy plan or not but we have one life, one planet, potentially limited opportunities so, why not?
I was in that space with those people, in a Money Mastery masterclass for a reason, right?

I want to do good in the world and for a community and - ideally - leave a legacy.

If I can monetise my idea, to support my family and I, all the better 🙏🏼

I’m 20 and I’ve been searching for advice as raw and valuable as Wilson’s for a long time but It’s challenging to receive this truth in my generation.

This weekend, Wilson’s responses to multiple questions have untangled my doubts so that I’ve identified the roots which will ultimately help me move forward in tackling them.

- I’m not a control freak: I’m a fear freak and that’s going to change.
- I’m not a perfectionist: I’m scared of letting go and that’s going to change.
- I’m not taking the time to ensure I carefully choose the right path: I’m not asking and answering the right questions that are required in due diligence and that’s going to change.

Wilson’s honesty, no BS, no filter is very rare and I’m grateful to Soulaf to have been invited to Money Mastery. He’s taught me to get out of that guilt that sits in a lower level of consciousness, and instead show up with certainty. As a dreamer, my mind is always bouncing with ideas, too many to the extent that I often fail to reach effective execution. I need to stop listening to the thoughts stopping me from reaching my full potential. Leadership is not a popularity contest.

There is no doubt in my mind that I have just completed a life changing weekend.
Wilson is someone who walks the talk. No empty words no pats on the back, no sugar coating. Just hard core truth and stark reality. The difference between Wilson and other coaches: Wilson coaches you for your benefit. Many other coaches will coach you for their benefit. This difference is palpable.
Alongside Wilson’s coaching - being able to hear the real life stories of entrepreneurs that he coaches provides insight and inspiration. Then being able to chat one to one with any of these real life examples to learn more about the challenges they faced on their journey, brings home the fact that they started off in similar positions to the rest of us. After taking on Wilson’s coaching, they have clearly grown in a personal sense as well as in career and business. The lessons taught over this weekend and in the weekly coaching are transferable to every aspect of life. Whether it be as a CEO of an organisation or a parent, You will know how to show up. Incredible!

Wilson Luna’s coaching was powerful this weekend at LSE, London. It spoke to me as a tentative, emerging leader. There were people of all levels in leadership in the room and Wilson was equipped and gracious to speak to us all. We spoke about business, relationships, motherhood, and the language we choose to use. I received so much guidance that I know can assist my life to move forward if I have the commitment to myself to do so.
