DO NOT BUY A SET OF CLUBS FROM WILSON OR WISON BRAND!!!! I BOUGHT A SET FOR A FAMILY MEMBER AND THEY WERE USED ABOUT 10-15 TIMES. ON THE LAST TIME HE WAS HITTING BALLS ON THE RANGE FOR PRACTICE AND THE CLUB SNAPPED IN HALF MID SWING. IT SNAPPED IN THE CENTER OF THE GRIP, TORE THROUGH THE GRIP AND SLICED HIS HAND WIDE OPEN. THE CLUB HEAD THEN HIT HIM DIRECTLY IN THE BACK TO CAUSE A HUGE BRUISE. I CONTACTED WILSON MANY TIMES AND BECASE IT WAS AFTER THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY THEY WILL NOT REPLACE OR EVEN REPAIR IT. THEY JUST SAY TOO BAD NOTHING WE CAN DO. YOU ALSO CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE, ITS ALL DONE THROUGH EMAIL. IN 30 YEARS OF PLAYING GOLF I HAVE NEVE SEEN A CLUB SPILT IN HALF AT THE GRIP AND TEAR THE IT IN HALF. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR HELP ALL TO THE ANSWER OF NO. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!!!!

Bought the new Wilson I-Lock cart bag last week. Really disappointed as my 1” longer than standard length clubs are too long for the iron locking system to work.
Also, a standard length wood headcover just crumples up against the bag.
2 very basic design flaws & response I got from Wilson was “contact the retailer” rather than take any responsibility for the flaw.

Paid for set of Wilson extra stiff shaft irons in May ‘24- promised delivery 18th June . Every week it’s next week definitely … still waiting. Customer service - the usual flowery bs … have a lovely day etc . Season will be gone …. Customer service not fit for purpose. Order nr 08482206.
10th July As we’ve ordered custom fit irons through pro shop , Wilson customer service have just informed me again that they do not provide customer service to the end user customer ! So there is nobody that will answer me, and Wilson don’t communicate with the pro shop. Still no idea when paid for clubs will arrive and now 4 weeks late on original due date

Both the 8 and 9 iron are faulty after 8 months and their solution is to send th back to be fixed so I would be without an 8 and 9 iron for around a month . Beggars belief right in the middle of a season they expect you to play competitive golf for a month without an 8 and 9 iron . Won’t be using them again which is a shame as I have used wilson for 20 years

D7 irons

The power holes in my d7 7 iron and pitching wedge have fallen out after around 30 rounds of golf.

They were purchased in 2019 but due to COVID I didn't use them until 2021.

I contacted Wilson who said they could not repair them , or do anything to help , as they were no longer under warranty.

Beware , these power holes are a design flaw. I will not purchase any more Wilson golf clubs after ,gaming Wilson clubs since 2007, I am extremely disappointed.

I will leave as many reviews for these clubs as possible, and let my annoyance be known to all golfers I come across.

I bought D7 irons brand new 18 months ago. Since then the Powerholes have dropped out on my 6 iron 6 months ago, then my 5 iron went 4 months ago and finally my 7 iron went the same way 1 month ago. I have now lost faith in Wilson Golf and require a full refund. Unfortunately they have only offered to fix the 7 iron so where will I be in a few months time when the 2 year guarantee runs out. Over the years I have had excellent irons from Wilson but never again
