Great products, pricing and customer services
Great company, great customer service and I like the product ( willpowders collagen powder). Always get the family size packs for better value and decant into a smaller tub with easy on/off lid as I didn’t like opening & sealing the closure zip every time - powder getting blown about etc.

I've had an incredibly strong adverse…
I've had an incredibly strong adverse reaction to their chocolate protein powder very quickly. After taking it, I was in extreme pain, and I had a very slight burning in my throat. I've never had a reaction like this to anything.
Customer service flatly refused to help, and refused a refund. Shockingly poor service considering this is Davina's company.

Unfortunately, we do have a policy in place that the customer service team have to follow. This means we cannot accept any opened/used items back as these are classed as food items. I love all the WP products

Amazing customer service - putting people at the heart of what they do
Such amazing customer service. My mixer bottle started to leak a little so I enquired whether there was anything I could do to try and fix it (I love it). They told me as it was under guarantee, a new one would be in the post to me - 2 days later, I have my new bottle.
I genuinely cannot fault the service, so polite, kind and considerate. A company that truly put the customer first and cares about the products they are selling - THANK YOU so much for not making me feel like I wasn't being genuine (as sooo many other companies do).

Excellent products, no bs marketing. I had an issue with my delivery being damaged and items missing, a few hours after reporting through the website - which was really easy- the issue was resolved and replacement products on the way! Cannot fault the customer service!

Great products at a fair price
I ordered the MCT creamer powder, collagen peptides and cherry flavoured electrolytes. The MCT creamer and collagen peptides are really versatile due to being unflavoured so I add to different drinks. Trying to lose a bit of baby weight too so it’s definitely helping to suppress my appetite. The electrolytes are great and the cherry flavour is delicious - perfect in these heatwaves!
