The chair is absolute garbage. The website says it is updating and no response after 3 emails sent regarding a defective chair. The armrest studs are installed wrong and the chair back is crooked to the chair. The customer service absolutely sux.

The chair arrived on schedule, was easy to assemble, and the most comfortable office chair I've had.

Chair is great! The delivery was a lot later than promised when purchasing.

So I ordered 2 Chairs (400 lb version) and I like them a lot. They are well made and comfortable. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because one of them is very noisy when I recline; it makes a metal clanking noise. The other one is very quiet. I will buy another one when these start falling apart in terms of the leather/fabric.

Definitely loving this chair, easy to assemble and sturdy with style.

In today's world where everything seems to be made to break all for the dollar, this chair I purchased is solid quality. A great replacement for my wife's last work chair...and 1 she'll enjoy for years to come.

Ordered this chair for my husband. We are both pretty heavy set so I needed something to support our individual weights and not do the typical slow slide from high to lowest setting. Husband is in love. Very comfy. Good height.

Really recommend two people putting it together and I would recommend not putting chair on wheel base until after the arms are attached (unlike instructions state).

I found Willmita by googling big and tall office chairs. This is my first time purchasing from them. Being that Willmita is an online store, I was very impressed with the extreme beauty and quality of this brown chair with black handles, levers, mount, and wheels (chair HC-8056-1) when the box arrived, six days after I purchased it online. It was sent and delivered by FedEx with tracking.

Office Max or Office Depot chairs are super unattractive and heavily overpriced! Most big and tall chairs are $400.00 to $500.00 on average before tax. I'm a woman, not big or tall, just a little above average height at 5'5.5" tall, but I like a nice sized office chair that's comfortable. It took me 15-20 minutes to put it together. The instructions were super easy! There's also a YouTube video that I watched on a similar Willmita office chair before I even purchased it.

The quality of the leather is amazing with great lumbar support! It totally matches my expensive business/home office furniture and it doesn't have funky, accent colors that will look out of place on it, clashing with my office furniture pieces. These are the nicest wheels I've ever seen on an office chair and I will pay a pretty penny for an office chair. I totally believe in you get what you pay for period and point blank. I have hardwood floors and I'm certain these wheels would roll on carpet! This chair looks and screams that it's twice the cost of the $269.99 I paid for it out the door!

The only downside is I had to order a pair of fat queen size pillows and a pair of chocolate brown pillow cases (costing me $53.01 combined on Amazon) because these new office chairs are having a recline to them. I know this is supposed to be better for the spine but I have to sit erect at a 90-degree angle. I also drive my car seat this way! So, in the future perhaps Willmita will add a recline lever feature and charge a little more, so that people can change the back support seat to fully erect or recline if they need to.

Nevertheless, Willmita still gets five-stars from me! I will recommend this online company to anybody I know and they have a new customer in me for life! Don't sleep on Willmita! This company is legit and you will not regret it!

Very quality product

I was so happy to have received this chair early enough, as it’s a Christmas gift. There were two small issues. One of the arms of the chairs had a small nick in it (not a big deal), and one of the attachment/bolted spots was not protruding for line up like the others (I’m thinking it won’t be an issue going forward). All in all, it’s a very nice chair and I’m pretty pleased!

I like the chair but the lumbar hits me in the middle of the back - should be the lower back. Consequently, I don't feel I'm sitting back in the seat far enough.

I ordered the HC8058 on there Black Friday deals and the chair is comfortable and wide. I am 5' 10" about 250 pounds I guess in time we will see how long it lasts but perfect now and have been sitting in it daily for a week now. I have to keep it at the lowest setting and i can rest my feet on the floor and inch lower would have been better but I still like the chair and the wheels will glide you across the room. The lumbar support works nice and easily adjustable to your comfort. Armrests are nice and soft too. I wanted something with a taller backrest so when you lean back my heads rests on the headrest and not back on top of the chair and this one does the job especially when the adjustable headrest up. The only thing i don't like is the the headrest does not want to stay up it the locking clips don't hold it up very well so I put the headrest where I wanted it and used a couple of small zip ties so it cant slide back down I will always have it up anyways and it work just fine. They need stronger locking clips. Other than that its awesome.
