Bought my Jaguar E-pace from here, everything was so smooth, staff polite, car was lovely and clean. They even buffed out so small scratches so the car looked immaculate. The whole transaction was smooth sailing from start to finish.

Based on my experience I can honestly say that the condition of my M5 is faultless. It is in remarkable condition and almost looks like a new car. Clearly the condition of the car is determined by the knowledge and expertise of the buying team as this ultimately determines the success or failure of the business. In this respect The Williams Group clearly know their onions or their cars I should say. I would defy anyone to find a better example of my M5 unless you purchased a new one. Some minor problems on handover caused a slight delay but on reflection this matters little as I will hopefully possess this car for years. I would unhesitatingly trust their purchasing judgment which of course is what really matters.

The best thing this company could do is be honest about what a total shame they are. I would never buy a car from them again and would highly recommend that no one else does.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to this time! I dealt with Russell who was really friendly and very helpful! Went to see a car and noticed a few issues with it, which I pointed out to him. The repairs were carried out by them and the car was ready to pick up a few days later. Russell had kept me in the loop the whole time. Also their prices are really hard to beat, I’d been searching for a car for a few months and as soon as the car came on the market, I knew it was a bargain.

I rarely write reviews for anyone but having just purchased a car from the Williams group I had to. I had the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. It was quick, easy and the details on the website about the car didn’t only meet my expectations but exceeded them. From the initial call to enquire Chris was fantastic. Not pushy at all, just honest, genuine and friendly. He’s clearly passionate about his job and knows everything there is to know about all cars. Two weeks after I collected the car there was a small issue with it but a single call to Chris and it was sorted straight away.
I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for my next car and hope this review will encourage others to do the same.

Bought a BMW 530d early in October. Scott was very professional and helpful in arranging everything. Car looked and drove great, the inspection and test drive was very relaxed, no pressure. I did find an issue when driving it home but Jaz helped me get it fixed at Williams’ expense by my local garage. All pretty smooth and friendly.

The reason for only 4 stars is that I didn’t always get responses when promised and had to chase. There were extenuating circumstances so hopefully it’s a one-off. In any case I would certainly use them again if they had the car I wanted

Great experience with the Williams Group. I dealt with Scott in Maidstone on a deal for my RS6, he was quick to respond, providing me with lots of additional information (i ask a lot of questions), arranged a recall to be fixed and also picked me up from the train station. I can’t fault the process or the ease of sale, everything was smooth and details such as the warranty were clearly explained. I’ll definitely be back.
