Excellent fast service
Excellent fast service, dropped my phone off as the screen wasn’t working. Great communication it was repaired the same afternoon and as I was local the phone was hand delivered to my home address. Highly recommend thank you

I would highly recommend Williams repair house, this is our second time of using them and we shall certainly be using them in the future as the service was excellent, even delivered back to our door on completion 😃

Terrible service
Terrible service. I put my fully functioning phone in for a battery replacement.
The phone failed immediately once returned. No refund offered, repair offered at huge expense. Do not waste your money. Go elsewhere.

Regarding the display issue you experienced, when you reported the problem you had already been in possession of the phone for a full day, we promptly requested that you bring the phone back to our facility for a thorough investigation. Upon inspection, we discovered that the display had been damaged due to impact, which occurred while the device was in your possession. This was confirmed through our text message exchange, it is important to note that our team always handles devices with utmost care and professionalism.
We understand that accidents can happen, and we empathize with your frustration. However, it is essential to acknowledge that the damage to the display was not a result of our repair work or negligence. We take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, we noticed that the frame of your phone has multiple scrapes and scratches, indicating possible mishandling or drops prior to our service. It is crucial to properly care for electronic devices to minimize the risk of damage.

I have had my phone repaired a few times. The service post covid continues with a drop off service and then the repaired item delivered back to you.
My phone was delivered back to my home the same day.
Fantastic service. Reliable and fast!
Williams Repair House is my go to place for any screen repairs now.

Very easy process
Very easy process, and very happy with the repair (new iPad battery). I left the iPad at the drop off point (second time I've used this, and it is a slick and reliable process). A few days later and the iPad was delivered to my home address. No problems.
