Wild Pantry is an award-winning Liverpool-based producer of raw, unpasteurised fermented foods and probiotic drinks, created to make gut health delicious and enjoyable for everyday people. Our story began following a personal health scare, when one of our founders was diagnosed with a pre-cancerous gut condition. Looking for ways to naturally support gut health led us to traditional fermented foods and drinks. What started as homemade water kefir and sauerkraut for ourselves soon became something much bigger, as family, friends, and eventually customers began experiencing the benefits too. Today, we produce small-batch Water Kefir, gut-loving mocktails, upgraded sauerkrauts, and fermented salsa using quality ingredients and traditional fermentation methods. Unlike many products on supermarket shelves, our ferments are raw and unpasteurised, meaning they remain alive with beneficial bacteria. At Wild Pantry, we believe looking after yourself shouldn’t feel restrictive or clinical. That’s why we focus just as much on flavour as function. Amazing products
Been using wild pantry for a while now all the flavoured kefir drinks are amazing, the power kraut and immune kraut are so nice but my favourite iOS the salsa would highly recommend buying all the products which are so good for your gut health.

Delicious
I buy the water kefir regularly at markets. It is delicious. I have tried other company’s and drank it cos I had to. Wild pantry I choose to drink. Love the strawberry and kiwi. And the pina colada.
They are so friendly. And even deliver locally. Would thoroughly recommend.

Stunning products
Bought a mixture of flavoured kefir waters and a jar of each the salsa, immunikraut and the power kraut and wow they are all beautiful! Chatted to Alice who was lovely and explained how much effort had gone into getting the flavours perfected for these products and believe me you can tell, they have been made with so much love and so much thought has gone into them. PowerKraut + Mojito
I'll be honest, I don't like sourkraut so when a friend recommended Wild Pantry to me I switched off. After trying the Powerkraut at a market, I was blown away. I now eat a tablespoon a day and it goes with everything. Then at the next market I tried the Mojito Kefir and wow, these have got me hooked and I've never felt this good. It really notice when I don't have any.
