Does not ship items out. Order sat unconfirmed but they still took my money. Good thing PayPal refunded. Their service is horrible. Lots of AI responses or chatbots with stock answers. Scammers and liars.

Horribly clunky phone case. the super thick black border makes it difficult to swipe down to see the time or notifications. DO NOT GET if you have SENSORY issues. will have to get used to this unfortunately as i paid loads of money.

They Took My Money and Never Delivered — The Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced.

Absolutely appalling experience with Wildflower Cases. I placed an order over six weeks ago and never received it. They had no problem taking my money immediately when I placed the order, but after that, I was left with no meaningful communication or support.

I sent multiple emails to customer service. In six weeks, I received one automated response and one response from an actual person that was completely useless and did not answer any of my questions or explain what was happening with my order. Meanwhile, the tracking information still shows that my package is sitting in Los Angeles and has not moved.

At this point, I have had no choice but to contact my bank, dispute the transaction, and request my money back. Taking a customer’s money, failing to deliver the order, and then essentially ignoring them for weeks is completely unacceptable. It genuinely feels like my money was taken with no intention of providing the product or resolving the issue.

This is by far one the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Wildflower Cases to be extremely cautious.

seriously aggravated with the customer service on this team. my friend tried to return her purchase (within the given return policies), emailed twice and still hadn't gotten a response. I decided that I would email aswell after having such an amazing response in the past over shipping complications. its been a month since my friend emailed... what is happening?

I ordered my case over a month ago, and it still hasn't arrived at Passport's facility in California.

I emailed them multiple times over the past two weeks, and got no response. The only responses I got were when I filled in the 'Contact Us' form. Even then I only got an AI response, followed by a copy and pasted response from a customer service agent, that completely disregards my intial complaint.

All I was told was that 'international orders may take up to 30 business days to arrive'. It hasn't even arrived in Passport's facility in California! To put it plainly, either my order never shipped, or it got lost in transit with zero communication.

Customer service is completely deficient; I cannot believe I had to wait days for a copy and pasted response- that is not acceptable!

I was going to wait to try and get a solution before writing a negative review, but it seems like I'm just going to have to chargeback from my bank.

This isn't my first time ordering from Wildflower, in fact I ordered a case a day before this order that I'm complaining about, and it arrived within a week. Obviously something went awry with this order, but customer service is appalling so clearly this wasn't communicated.

All in all, I like the cases, but be wary if something goes wrong, because you will be chasing customer service down to get a response, and you probably won't get a response ever by emailing them.

Edit: I received an email stating my order was lost in transit, and an offer to reship the order. I'm very glad this managed to get resolved, and so perhaps in all customer service may just be slow. Again, I really do like the cases, and their designs, and this was the first time that I had a problem. So I guess just purchase with caution.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from beginning to end.

I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max privacy screen protector. The first one I received was clearly the wrong size. Customer service agreed to send a replacement.

Unfortunately, the replacement was the exact same incorrect size. I still have the original Wildflower screen protector I purchased from this company several years ago, so I compared them side by side and sent photos showing that the replacement was significantly smaller, even though the packaging was labeled “iPhone 13 Pro Max.”

Instead of investigating what appears to be a packaging or fulfillment error, customer service repeatedly insisted that I had ordered the wrong item. They completely ignored the photographic evidence and concluded that the mistake was mine.

To make matters worse, they refused to provide a prepaid return label because they claimed they had not sent the wrong item, even though I had now received the incorrect product twice. They expected me to pay return shipping for an order that was never fulfilled correctly.

This was never about the $15. It was about how the issue was handled. Mistakes happen. What matters is whether a company listens to its customers and makes things right. Wildflower had two opportunities to correct the problem and instead chose to deny that one existed.

After two failed shipments, I purchased my screen protector elsewhere. I won’t be ordering from Wildflower again, and unfortunately I can’t recommend them based on my experience.

I ordered a phone case in the beginning of December for a Christmas present. Right after Christmas the pearls all started to fall off. I contacted customer service and they let me know they will send a new one with a return shipping label for the defective one. 3 weeks went by and I received nothing. I contacted them again and received the same response. Then I was able to track the order. When I went in to track it, it showed manufacture cancelled order. I contacted them multiple times with no response. I have been trying since beginning of January. This has been absolutely frustrating dealing with awful customer service.

It’s been a month since I placed my order and it still has not shipped. I’ve written to them several times and all I’ve gotten are excuses like, it was a pre order. But that was not indicated ANYWHERE. I’ll be interested to see when they finally get around to shipping it.

I had an issue with a case, emailed customer service weeks ago and also through their Instagram, no one’s gotten back to me.

Hasn’t shipped my case for now 20 days after ordering due to a stock mistake but now they won’t get back to me and ship out my new case that I picked instead

The complete lack of customer service and the lack of delivery of product should be a warning bell for anyone. You will never get an actual person to help with your order that never arrives (and apparently has never shipped), but of course your CC is charged. Be warned that you are dealing with a black hole. Look elsewhere, caveat emptor.

I’ve been shopping with wildflower cases since I was in the 8th grade. I love their cases so much. I’m super happy that protection comes with customization and character. I’ve never been unsatisfied. These cases really do last and are a conversation starter. LOVE!!!

Really disappointing- I had an issue where I had to return the product twice. Shipping was $12 each time. I wrote them an email, thinking this was a nice small company, but I got a response that was clearly written by AI.

Last time the shipment was fast, and I love it

I love the case so so much and the team are the sweetest , after my purchase I got an email saying if I needed any help or have questions about the purchase , they’re the best . 💓💓💓💘💘 and the case is soooo prettyyyy + I live in Europe and got it faster than expected

The beautiful case is high quality. The phone is well protected. I love it.

I will say this is a great phone case but knowing it’s not MagSafe and is pretty expensive is a little too much (only if you like the aesthetic purposes of phone cases, then this brand is good for you!). Overall, I love the design and collabs that Wildflower shares with and the detail in the case. I can see the texture through the case and I don’t know if that’s some sort of fabric but it looks cool. I didn’t really know that the case has a little depth to it but I think that’s where the protection of the case comes from so that it doesn’t destroy the design on the back and only hits the sides of the case. 100% what I bought on the picture along with the bedazzled camera protector lenses. They are nice/shiny in person and make my camera look bigger than what I expected. It does pair nicely to the phone case I bought which was the fatherkels phone case collab. (iPhone 16 pro max)

Omg wildflower phone cases has always been my favorite cases ever but unfortunately I have to start my collection again since I got a new phone but I love wildflower phone cases so much 💓
