J'ai acheté sur le site pour une amie. Elle est contente de son cadeau et c'est venu rapidement. Mon problème, et son problème à elle aussi, c'est qu'on s'est rendue compte que c'est un site de dropshipping et que j'ai payé beaucoup trop pour un truc qui vient de Chine. Sur le colis, aucune mention de Wilder Home, juste des kanjis et une adresse d'un mec random. Site à éviter donc !!!

I would never order from here again. Made an order on 16th of August and only had radio silence. Then was told there was a problem with the tracking number and she would get back to me as soon as possible and that was weeks ago with no response. I have asked for a refund instead and no response.

Do not purchase from here! It's been nearly 4 months and my package has STILL not arrived - despite numerous follow up emails. I have tried my best to be reasonable but the lack of response is disgraceful. I am feeling as though this is a scam organisation and they just take your money and disappear. Their systems seem to say the package has been shipped but it most definitely has not been. I will referring this complaint to NSW Fair Trading and I suggest that anyone else that is experiencing the same level of dishonesty and lack of transparency do the same so they may be investigated.

All we are asking for is transparency and if you're not able to fulfill the order, please provide a refund - promptly.

SCAM website with dishonest practises. I never received my goods despite being told many times they had shipped and there was a problem with their tracking portal. They have eventually admitted they were never sent. I have lodged a claim for a fraudulent transaction with my bank.

Sadly I am having the same experience as most below....was told that they were having issues with their tracking but that my order had definitely been sent. That was a month ago now.
Have been emailing and calling for 2.5 weeks and have not received a single response.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing - would never have ordered from here!!

This is the second time I have written a review as Wilder Home flagged my review as false and it was removed.

I placed an order on 26 June 2023 for a blanket, slippers, iPhone case and a trinket dish. It is now the 4 December and I am yet to receive my order. I have countless emails from the business that my order has been shipped, we can see it has been shipped from our end- this is clearly not true. If the order had been shipped I would have received it.

I can only assume that my money has been taken and I will never see these items- which quite frankly I don't want anymore.

It's a SCAM!!! Don't buy here. I've been waiting for 3 months for my order to arrive. They answer my first mail saying my tracking number was wrong so they will provide for a new one. I'm still waiting and they don't responde. I spend my savings on that order and I feel so frustated. You need to be reported and I will not stop until you give me my money back

Still waiting on a delivery from August. Never received tracking details and have been assured each time that my delivery is on the way. Last update I had was that it was almost on the way in October.
So frustrating having to chase up a delivery so many times. Wilder has basically stolen my money, refused me a refund and not provided basic delivery details along the way. My last email never received a response.

It’s been over a month and I still have not received my order or a tracking number. I also tried to reach out multiple times to get an update. I was told my order shipped but was not given tracking info. When I followed up I never received a reply. I’m all for supporting small businesses but this is ridiculous

Shocking service. Have had zero help in updating me about where my order from two months ago is. I have emailed and instagram dm’d with no outcome. Very disappointed. Have been scammed out of $250, would not recommend.

No he recibido mis artículos después de casi mes y medio de haberlos pedido. He mandado como 20 emails y a muchos ni me han respondido, y cuando responden dicen que está en camino , que quedan 12 días, luego que está en aduana.. si no queréis sentir está frustración no compréis jamás aquí , porque ni lo vais a recibir ni os van a devolver el dinero. Tampoco les importa el cliente.
Son unos estafadores y unos sinvergüenzas.
Actualización: siempre que pregunto está en camino y nunca llega. Y así un mes y medio después y sin respuesta vía email.

I ordered a $200 bean bag in July and at this point she has not sent through a tracking number, has left me on read multiple times and refused to refund me. Every time I asked her for an update or a tracking number (or finally to refund me) she'd either leave me on read (this has happened so many times now) or finally reply only when I send more frustrated messages/threaten to leave a bad review. But she always evades the tracking number and refund questions completely by saying 'it's on the way/it should be there soon/I had this marked as sent/what's your address again?. She's either a scammer or incredibly incompetent as it seems like some people on this site have had no problems with her and some have had the exact same experience as me so I honestly don't get it. Either way, I would definitely never recommend buying from her as you most likely won't receive your items and will have a frustrating time in the process of trying to get it. It's really frustrating as I don't make much money and big purchases like this I don't take lightly.

Edit in response to Wilder’s reply: The first bean bag took 2 months to arrive with no communication when i asked multiple times for it to arrive. The second one i got ghosted on when i asked for a tracking number and/or refund. Seems like first one was incompetence and second one was laziness/a scam. I’ve given you the id number and emailed you but whats the pont if you just ignore it like you ignored all my messages?

Do not order from this company Wilder Home. They told me they sent out my order but that they could not provide me a tracking number/ confirm courier it was sent with. Online tracking on their website says "ordered not shipped" and I have not received stock 3 weeks later. Company stopped replying to my emails...

I didnt receive my package for 4 months, i had to call, email and message on instagram several times in order to get someone to answer me. It was essentially never going to be sent. I just recevied it 4 months later, and she said she'd send it with a 'gift' to apologise, which also never came. don't order from here, you most likely won't get what you ordered!

Do not purchase from here. After a couple of months of no communication or order confirmation I finally got send a tracking number. However, it was the wrong tracking number for a completely different item from this sad excuse for a store. After multiple emails and no replies, the response was that my order had been sent out but they were unable to give me a tracking number at this point. This website is a scam and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from here.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! I purchased 3 items from this store back in June. Still have not received, it’s now end of November. Customer service keep telling me they will look into it and get back to me straight away, to which I never receive a reply. I can’t even request a refund, due to no response. Please, please do not waste your money here 😢

I ordered a rug 4 months ago that still hasn’t arrived. I have been following up with them on this delay for the past 2 months and still nothing. When I asked for my money back, I was told I could not be refunded as the product is still “in processing”, and I have not been offered any compensation for the wait. I genuinely feel the entire business is a scam

THEY FLAGGED MY FIRST REVIEW FOR NOTHING, HERE IT IS AGAIN:

I am writing this review with immense frustration and disappointment regarding my experience with Wilder Home. I placed an order (Order #15589) 45 days ago, and to this day, I have received absolutely nothing. The lack of professionalism and customer care is astonishing.

Initially, when inquiring about my order's status, I was met with a series of excuses, the most absurd being that their tracking system was not functioning properly. This is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about their operational capabilities.

What's more infuriating is their recent complete lack of communication. My emails, seeking updates and clarification, have gone unanswered, leaving me in a state of utter neglect and disregard as a customer. The silence from their end is deafening and speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction.

This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. It's clear that Wilder Home does not value their customers or the commitments they make. I am beyond disappointed and feel deceived. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before placing an order with this company. Their service is appallingly poor, and their customer support is virtually non-existent.

To Wilder Home, this is not just about a delayed order; it's about your complete failure to communicate and respect your customers. Your lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. You've lost a customer, and I will make sure to share my experience with as many people as possible.

Edit: to Wilder Home’s reply: we have only received one part of our order that was made 3,5 months ago. We haven’t received the most expensive part (the lamp), so no we are still not happy. Can we cancell our order?

Second time trying this since its the only way the reply. Its been nearly 3 months since I ordered something from their website, they only replied to me once through email (coincidentally immediately after putting the other review up) and thats it, I know nothing else from them. Tried contacting them through IG, phone, their website chat and email again but NOTHING. This is a complete S C A M!!!

Update: No, the purchase was not made 3 weeks ago. Its from the 5th of October as I said in my other review on this platform.
