High quality food which my dog loves
High quality food which my dog loves. She has a few intolerances but this food suits her perfectly. Customer service is excellent and deliveries are on time. Very pleased with Wild Antler all round.

Amazing products, amazing service!
I honestly cannot rate Wild Antler highly enough. Despite it being Crufts week, when they were busy at Crufts, they still managed to dispatch my order within hours, and it arrived the next day! Truly exceptional service, and a truly exceptional product. Otis, our Golden Retriever will sell his soul for all of their products. As soon as the parcel arrives, he guards it with his life!

The best company by far!When the delivery company could not…
When the delivery company could not deliver the frozen product on time wildantler would not send it out to us as they wouldn't risk it being partially defrosted. We have been with some of the top raw food sellers who have not done that, so lost our custom. Wildantler are very communicative and the product is the best! As long as they are selling we are buying. Fantastic company!

Your subscription renewal fell on a Friday, and as we only offer next-day delivery for orders placed Monday to Thursday, Friday and weekend orders are packed on Monday. This is what happened with your order.
Your parcel is scheduled for delivery today (Tuesday). We hope you’ll understand the reason for the delay, and once everything is safely received, we’d really appreciate it if you would consider updating your review.

Great grain free treats.
We have tried various treats from here for our dog who has allergies and a sensitive tummy he has enjoyed them all. Occasionally they throw in a sample of something which is great as we can try it before we buy it sort of thing. They are always prompt at posting to you. Great job. 🤗

I still don't have my dog food and I know it's been christmas, but I sent a message to asking when it will arrive and still haven't had a reply. I have had to source food from elsewhere while waiting?

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry for the frustration this situation caused and fully understand how worrying it is when you’re waiting on dog food.
We have since received your response and understand that our Christmas closure emails may have been missed. These were sent in advance to inform customers of dispatch dates and how to avoid delays over the holiday period. We also replied directly to your message on 29th December, explaining the closure and advising that deliveries would resume from 5th January.
As advised, your order was dispatched as soon as we reopened and has now been successfully delivered.
We’re genuinely sorry that you needed to source food elsewhere while waiting and appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time. Your feedback is valued and helps us continue to improve our communication with customers.

Excellent products such high quality my fur baby is highly sensitive to most things but luckily wild antler is nothing but 100% of the best products would not go anywhere else and I recommend them as there customer service is the same as there products top quality !!
