Very easy setup, speed exactly as described.

Letitia was very patient and understanding whilst she went through our connection difficulties. We were very impressed with how she dealt with us. However the problems at our end proved beyond our ability to deal with and we have accepted that we need a visit by your technician to fix things. Letitia did a very good job! Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant internet service definitely recommend shame they not available every part of Cornwall yet so many of friends and family want it hopefully it won't be long

Aron Tim and Ollie installed our recently updated Wildanet modem. They were professional polite and very helpful in undertaking what was potentially a difficult task. However they worked the issue out in a timely fashion ensuring minimal disruption. Great job👍

I have recently joined Wildanet the experience was very good. They arrived when they said and Matt G wired everything up very carefully and was considerate clean and tidy. Later I needed help in connecting a booster device I rang the local office and spoke to Major who was extremely helpful and helped me set it up. He was very patient and even rang us back later to make sure everything was working well. I would certainly recommend them.

I’ve just had Kai and Finn around to connect my house to Wildanet. They were on time, polite, tidy and also did an excellent job. Very fast broadband as promised.
They explained how everything works and what to do in the event of a problem. Most impressed, thanks guys !

Had an intermittent issue with our internet over the weekend and last couple evenings, Jamie came out and provided absolutely outstanding service from this engineer in training! They were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my WiFi and had everything up and running better than ever in no time.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to explain what they were doing in a clear, easy-to-understand way. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thorough, especially at this stage in their career.

If this is the standard they’re setting as a trainee, I can only imagine how exceptional they’ll be in the future. Highly recommend—5 stars without hesitation!

As a total ludite i was total lost on setting up the router, young Jamie came in and sorted it all out he went to a lot of trouble and effort to explain it to me and was very patient and courteous through out

Took over a year from signing up to receiving a service. Deals are better now than they were a year ago. Doesn't seem fair.

As an avid gamer and user of the Internet for work and self study I needed broadband that would enable me to connect in any corner of my home. This was a necessity and Im in a location where I was either tied to phone companies poor 5G waste of plastic devices or to take a punt with Wildanet. Im so glad I did!!!! Ive managed to further my studies, complete complex work projects and built an unbelievable base on one of my favourite games. I was immensely impressed with Adriana the agent who secured the world wide web connection in my home. Without the in depth knowledge of the policies and procedures all the way through to the NAT settings to help me talk away with real players and sometimes NPCs. The guidance she provided was second to none and now I am all set up and freely exploring the artificial world whilst sometimes reminding myself I do have responsibilities. I would highly recommend the company but mostly Adriana to give you the most sound advice and product care. BZ!!

Had a lady at the door pushing Wildanet services that were due to be installed in the next few months, she was lovely and confirmed that they are installing the Fibre system soon. Over a year has passed still no installation at all. Very poor experience as promises made haven’t materialised and reading recently that the contracts the company took from the government to install my location they will now not be completing as in a rural lane with a few property’s, looks like the company has cherry picked the best from the contract and left others high and dry. Would not recommend this company to anyone as can’t keep promises and expectation, stay away from these unorganised lot if you want results.

Big shout out to all the team, especially Tom Gould and Jamie for doing an excellent job.

Excellent service. The new fibre cable was installed with minimum disruption. The new connection was performed within 24hrs by Kai & Finn, within our property, they installed everything according to our wishes. All the technicians were polite, helpful and accommodating. Thank you Wildanet.

Jamie connected me today, lovely friendly lad. Very polite. Worked very cleanly. Wildernet worked very hard to get me connected in a rural area and I'm very happy with the service. Thank you to Jade in customer service, the installation team and Jamie for final connected.

Kai came this morning to set up my broadband. He had to wait for me to come back to the house as it was earlier than I was expecting. He was really pleasant, courteous and helpful. He cleaned up after himself and did a really neat job. I had to contact customer services and they were also helpful. I can't fault the company so far.

Chloe installed the system very neatly and was really helpful all the way through. Very informative and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience.

Chloe installed the final part of my Wildanet order . There were other people involved such as Ian Curran at Customer Services. I have to say everyone has been Brilliant and I’m impressed with the whole set up. Ian Curran has been exceptional and nothing was an issue and he always contacted me back immediately . Chloe the Wildanet engineer installed my line from outside to inside and made sure I was happy and kept me informed . She was excellent as well .
