Looked great right out of the box. I felt beautiful. Fit was good. I ballroom dance and it danced beautifully, moves naturally and looks like it's my hair. Great lace front and beautiful hair texture. Makes me look years younger.

Do not order from Wig Studio One. They are guilty of deceptive advertising prominently featuring a red banner on every landing page that states 45 Day Returns no restocking fee. Yet when clicking on discounted wigs there is often a small non-returnable label. If you don’t notice this and check out, there is no warning that the items in your cart are final sale and not refundable. This is by design. There people are crooks. Do not patronize Wig Studio One.

I had made a purchase and didn’t receive it due to me having the wrong address. I spoke with Anna. She helped me through the process of locating it.
The same day I ordered a new wig and emailed Anna I was having trouble. I’m a senior citizen with a brain tumor. She called me back within 5 minutes and was so helpful and took my order over the phone. I can’t say enough about the customer service. I haven’t received my wigs yet but I’m expecting them next week. I can’t say enough about their customer service.
Im so blessed to have Anna as my consultant. I will definitely keep buying from Wig Studio 1. They’re so personable.

Customer service was fantastic! I had to change the delivery address on one of my orders and everything went so smoothly and I received my order without any delays. I just left ordering through Wig Studio 1! I love all the choices and options there are, and although I’ve never had to return any of my wigs, it gives me confidence, knowing the return policy is easy as well. I also enjoyed tracking my order.

Great customer service! I ordered Raquel's On My Way. I like my wigs to all be the same color and was trying to match marble brown in Noriko's Alva. Fortunately, the color I ordered was not in stock and I was sent an email to see if I wanted another color. I explained what I was trying to match and they found a color that was closer to marble brown than what I had selected. Absolutely love the color and the style of On My Way. Beautiful wig.

As always, very easy process from start to finish. The wig was beautiful, but did not work for me. Too much density and a face flopper situation that I was not confident I could fix. Wig Studio one has already processed my return. Great company. Great service time and time again.
