I've been buying wigs from WigSalon for almost 15 years. I love the variety they have in styles, colors and brands. I get so many comments on my wigs and highly recommend WigSalon to all my friends.

I have been buying wigs here since 2002, and that says something about how I view their customer service and prices. Joseph and Barbara have always been very helpful and timely in their responses to my questions. I have recommended them highly to others.

i have been purchasing this style wig for many years. In the past, it was easy to style and often I received compliments "on my lovely hair". This starting changing about a year ago. i always order 2 wigs at the same time. One of those wigs, was acceptable and the other one was less styled and cut differently. I really wasn't able to use it.. However, before placing my last order on April 17,2018, I spoke with one of your representatives and was very hopeful that I would receive 2 well styled wigs. However, that is NOT the case. The wigs has significantly less body, a very haphazard styling, fibers are less soft and very difficult to style even with using recommended product.I have tried to use one of them but in a few minutes, the wig goes back to what it looked like before me styling it. It is high on top and flat on the sides. Totally unacceptable. i do not know now I will cope with this. I have to wear a wig but the product is totally unacceptable. I was so happy with this product in the past. The name of the product is Mason by Norika.

I live in Australia. Have always ordered the same wig. Delivery has been express and delivery usually happens within 1 week. There has never been a problem.

i live in in a country town in australia and when i was 30 I was diagnosed with alopaecia-i was devastated .The only wigs that I could find were either
(a)atrocious;
(b)expensive and/or
(c) only able to be picked up from a major city.Then I found wig salon online-not only do I get compliments constantly on the cut and colour of my "hair"but the postage costs and prices enable me to order several times per year (although the fall in the aussie dollar hurt a bit !!! )

I have told with this company for many years and always been helpful and treated me fairly. I can recommend them without the slightest hesitation.

Most of the time, the product arrived in short time after order. However, there was 2 times, once they were aware and informed me and this time, the mail was sent, but never confirmed for delivery. I called after about a month since ordering, they finally told me it showed mailed, but no conformation. Then, they took care of it quickly, but the process from mail to confirm should be verified in timely manner. Other wise, I am happy with purchases and services.

Wig Salon is always helpful in making a selection, product arriving on time and good customer service. I recommend them highly and no shipping charge.

Great to work with. Good prices. They help you with selection of color, even over the Internet. And are great about returns if the color or style is not right when you receive it. Best wig store of the several I tried.

sale prices are great! I wait till they have a sale and then order several wigs at once. The quality is great no one really knows I'm wearing a wig unless I tell them.

I have bought several wigs from Wigsalon and everyone as turned out as promised and I will continue to purchase more. I love the wigs I have purchased. Customer service has been great, they are helpful, courteous and very nice. The wigs come quickly. Overall I am very satisfied.

I have been buying wigs from WigSalon for at least 5 years. When I have called them because I had questions they were helpful. I have found them to be the best price around and they are getting faster and faster at sending me my orders. I continue to buy wigs from them on a regular basis and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend them.

Very satisfied! They really cater to their customers. Double checked to see if I picked the right color and style. Wanted to see a pic of my original hair to double check. They really took the time to make sure I would be happy with my choice. I was extremely happy!

Excellent service, over the last 10 years or so, have never had any problems, would highly recommend them to anyone that would like to use them.

Love your site and have been a customer for quite a few year now, sadly our dollar is not so good at the moment, only 70cents in your dollar, that with the cost of postage means, that we are forever waiting for the dollar to rise to place an order, it is not your fault of course, but just letting you know this is why we do not order all the time, still, I love your site and your product

I really like this Company and have been ordering my wigs from them for the last 2 years. Normally my wigs last 3 to 4 months but for some reason the last 2 that I have purchased look bad after a month. I am beginning to wonder if they are 2nds.

I love the hair piece. The only suggestion I can offer is to have more pressure clips for a more secure hold. I sewed in 2 more for this reason.

I received an email to review Wig Salon. I never purchased from this company, so I presumed one of my credit cards numbers was stolen. I emailed Joe @ wig salon, but never received a reply to my inquiry about the "supposed" purchase. I can only presume that Wig Salon does not have good customer service and doesn't keep good records. I would not trust this business.
