Bought two of the 22oz. boneless ribeye and grilled them up with some shrimp and asparagus. They were awesome. Medium rare, succulent, buttery, tender. Will definitely be ordering more.

I started off with some inexpensive cuts, 2 flat irons and some karubi. I will be purchasing some more choice cuts in the near future. Even though my order was only around $100 everything came in very frozen in a dry ice cooled styrofoam cooler filled with exactly what I ordered. I chose the full black wagyu, the marbling is incredible and the meat literally melts in your mouth. I grew up in Kansas and I know how seriously people take their livestock so I felt comfortable ordering from this company. They delivered in Every aspect and I can't wait to try more of what they have to offer. They are obviously dedicated to taking care of their customers and confident that they are providing a quality product. You've got to try this at least once!!

The steaks I received had amazing marbling. I can't wait to try a brisket!
