Excellent service.
I don’t usually buy fabric on line but, when I saw the fabric on whotex website, I loved it, and bought it, but there was a glitch in the internet connection and I couldn’t figure out if the order was taken, so I ordered again, only to realize the next day that I was wrong, the company was very straight forward and did the correct thing. When I received my order I was very happy. Thank you.

While it is lovely fabric the picture is misleading
While it is lovely fabric the picture indicating the size of the design was far from helpful. The design is massive and quite a bit darker than I expected (I know different screens different colours but this is quite a lot darker) sadly I will not be able to use it for the outfit I had planned for my daughters wedding. The pattern repeat measurement would be vastly more helpful than a ruler on a close up of the fabric

Stunning fabrics
The experience was brilliant ,lovely fabrics with a choice of fabrics and choose patterns is brilliant .They arrived within days which is good not having to wait .The quality is first class lovely expensive fabrics at a good price .All round brilliant experience ,will be ordering more .x

Geometric design satin fabric…
Ordered a geometric design satin fabric and really pleased with quality, especially for the price. Good lead time from placing the order to delivery.
Have yet to cut out and make the item and hope the fabric will be good to work with.

This is the second time I have ordered…
This is the second time I have ordered from this company and will be the last. First time I ordered a sequin fabric and it arrived with another brands name all over it so I couldn't then use it for my own brand. This time I ordered an abstract lycra and not only did it take over a week to arrive, on the back of it is leopard print markings around the whole perimeter so I havnt really got 2 metres of fabric once its all trimmed off. Secondly the quality is awful. I have had better lycra off ali express. It cant be sewn with sharp, ballpoint, jersey or stretch needles without any pulling of the fabric. Would never order again and strongly advise anyone else not to.

We’re sorry to hear this. The markings mentioned are on the reverse edge of the fabric and do not affect the usable printed area. Regarding the quality concern, we would have been happy to inspect the fabric and resolve any genuine issue if contacted.

Absolutely Appaling!
Fabric ripped as soon as a straight stitch was done, whoever answers the messages is honestly so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Saying polyester is ‘very hard to rip’ but i’ve sent the proof of the product ripping!
Do not order from these people you’ll be extremely disappointed!

We’re sorry to see this review. We offered a prepaid Royal Mail return label so we could inspect the fabric, but this was declined. We have sold this fabric for over six years without this issue and remain confident in its quality.

Scam - never arrived
My package arrived in a tiny plastic bag and it only contained the paper with my order on it , no fabric arrived!
It is such a scam!!
I refused it and it got sent back and i still have received nothing and didn’t even get a refund.
Dont shop here you will get robbed.

Poor quality
Fabric was received within a few days and the colours are vibrant. But that's about the only positive.
The overall print doesn't stretch across the whole width of the fabric, leaving a few centimetres each side that are unusable. In addition, the print was not straight along the length of the fabric meaning the end garment will look poor. The print is not a repeating print which means there are also vertical and horizontal lines across the print. The fabric is also cheap polyester which creates a lot of static even when handling and will need fully lining to make a wearable garment.
I did receive a 50% refund on my order as a goodwill gesture, but I won't be ordering from them again.
