WholeSup has proved to be invaluable in my Triathlon training. Just exactly what I needed early mornings before heading out on long bikes, both tasty and convient while delivering the exact nutrients needed. Their customer service is excellent.... prompt, professional and customer focused.

Outstanding product and outstanding service
I have used this product for a couple of years now and love it. I am not an athlete but like to look after my health and this product is excellent for boosting my protein intake, it is delicious. Also, the customer service is outstanding. They always reply quickly and courteously....well done to all at WholeSupp.

I am so impressed with Whole Supp - the chocolate shake is the nicest I’ve ever tried (and I’ve been through a multitude of brands!), and the macros are great too. I would also like to mention their customer service - they have always been incredibly responsive and helpful with any queries that I’ve had. All in all I am super impressed with this company !

I recently had to contact the customer care team at Whole Supp due to an issue with a damaged and missing delivery. Ruby from the customer care team got on the case and resolved it immediately and two days later I’ve just taken delivery of the replacement.

Excellent product, service and company.
Product is of a superior quality; I’ve ditched a lot of my other random protein powders and other bits in favour of this. I’ve traditionally steered clear of subscription services for anything like this but it saves a bundle and the options for changing flavour, date and frequency of order are all super easy to use.
Customer support are fast to respond and provide a great service!

Great product & transparency
They make a great product and were very transparent when I queried some of the ingredients. Making a product with many benefits, that tastes good with minimal additives is hard, but overall this is the best protein powder I’ve found so far.

I have been very satisfied with the Customer Service Team at WholeSupp. On a couple of occasions I've needed to contact the team regarding delivery or other issues and they went above and beyond with the care and understanding when solving my problems. Weird Aftertaste
Weird Aftertaste.
I bought the chocolate and salted caramel after seeing the reviews. Both have a grainy taste - used the bottle supplied, also a strange aftertaste. May appeal to some - for me is a waste of money as they don't (as expected) take returns due to the perishable nature. I was ask for a sample before buying.

Our team did respond to your initial message and asked for photos of your two Whole Supp bags so we could log the batch codes for quality monitoring. We haven’t received other complaints about taste since restocking, but we take feedback seriously and would’ve added your batch to our review process if we’d received the images.
We understand not everyone will love our shakes, though we’ve worked hard to create consistently great flavours. We're sorry this wasn’t the case for you and appreciate you giving us a try.

Excellent customer service after a product enquiry. I have been using the caramel sea salt flavour and I would recommend it. There isn’t an artificial taste from it like so many shakes have. I will buy from whole Supp again,
