The card machine is easy to use and all of the staff are always nice and very helpful. Our support agent Tabitha Brantley is AMAZING and always does anything she can to help me out. We have other processing companies calling us on a regular basis trying to get us to switch and our answer is always no. Even though their rates are more than fair it is the helpfulness of everyone we have ever delt with that keeps us as a customer.
