We do offer small flip spouts that fit on the bulk plastic bottles. They are under the Empty Bottles & Supplies category. We don't ship them on the bottles because they are prone to leaking in transit.

I received my items in a timely…
I received my items in a timely fashion. It was put together nicely. However I hate the fact the price went up but that is the cost of business. And you don't have the 1oz roller bottles.

Extra detail went to arranging the products and its packaging to ensure each and every oil arrived prompt, beautiful, and whole! Great service went truly above and beyond. Thoughtfully arranging each and every bottle to ensure the smallest extremely padded and secure package. It was extremely easy to find each and every bottle oil ordered out of the package. Ordered 8 different ones and this is the best packing of bulk scents/oils I've ever seen!

Fragrance oils for the price are… greatest
Fragrance oils for the price are exceptional Delena and Layton are spot on smells better than the OG. I personally purchase the 4 ounce and if I’m satisfied, I purchase the 16 ounce but very very satisfied with 90% of the oils, long lasting and very affordable

Not what I expected
I’ve purchase a few years ago twice & ordered alcohol perfume designer body oils in sprays & I was happy with my purchase. I never order in large quantities. I decided to place another small order because of the newer fragrances & I have the originals designer esp sprays. To my surprise the oils now have a thin consistency & the scent of fragrance disappears with moments as if you never applied any of oil directly to your skin. I’m HIGHLY disappointed at the performance & I know Carrier Oil was used with just a Smidget of perfume base. It doesn’t matter how long a company has been in business we as consumers expect quality products. They’ve cut the H3LL out of these oils because what I received is definitely not what’s advertised. I purchase 12-1 ounce roll ones in the “Premium Oils” & each of them had when applied smelled like the original designer fragrance but sadly left absolutely no trail of smell after 15 mins. The company responded quickly but the damage was already done.

As we explained via email, our oils have always had a thinner consistency. We do not use fillers or thickeners that could compromise the purity and quality of the product. Most fragrances should resemble the consistency of essential oils, which are naturally thin.
The issue is with the specific fragrances selected and how they perform on your skin, not the product. The fragrances you chose are lighter scents. Fragrance performance is influenced by many factors, including body chemistry, skin type, fragrance composition and environmental conditions. We provided detailed advice via email on how to improve longevity, but you chose not to engage with us and instead filed a dispute on the payment - despite agreeing to our terms at checkout.
We’d like to emphasize that our formula and manufacturing processes have remained consistent for over 27 years. The only variable in this transaction was the specific fragrances you selected. While we regret your disappointment, it’s not accurate to suggest that our products have changed or are of lesser quality based on this experience. We stand by the integrity of our products, which is supported by the loyalty of our long-term customers and our ongoing repeat business.
