They do not respond to ticket and when you cancel your service within the refund policy they have they do not refund anything. If they are not following their own policy then don't buy from them. If they review this request and refund we might change the rating. please have someone review ticket #629894

Quick and efficient
I work with WHMCS Global Services since 2016 and I was always happy with their solutions.
That time we received from a payment gateway provider an emergency mandatory upgrade to put in place. We took contact with WGS and they upgraded our module in less than 48 hours. Very quick and efficient response following that emergency upgrade.
I will continue to work with them for sure.
