Great experience with WHMCS Global Services for more than 6/7 years. I’ve worked with their modules before, and was given all the help needed.
The Hetzner Cloud integration is especially solid. The support team,was quick to respond and guided me through the latest updates.
As someone actively involved in hosting and Saas I can say this is one of the few modules I truly trust to deliver consistent performance for my customers.

I've purchased VMware addon and this is my second year with those guys, They are working hard and always trying to catch up to latest updates.

Hi, I purchased nextcloud module, but it is not working at all, after the refund request (10 days as was showing in the price list modules) nothing happand, I did not refund my money. Numerous ticket I was created but nothing to do.

I bought a lifetime license for a WHMCS theme from one of their "authorized sellers", and now after WHMCS updates, the theme is totally useless. The seller refuses to provide updated files unless I pay again. So much for lifetime, right?

This is blatant extortion, and WHMCS is enabling it by continuing to list these frauds on their site. I don’t need support—I just want the updated product I already paid for. WHMCS needs to either hold these sellers accountable or stop advertising them as "trusted."

Shame on both the seller and WHMCS for allowing this kind of abuse. New buyers—stay far away unless you’re okay being blackmailed for updates.

I use their deposit/preorder app on Shopify and when I had an issue with orders showing up as "Due" when they were not, I requested the team to look into it. As a result of their "investigation", they ended up charging my customers a whopping $38,000 USD months before payments were due !! I had to refund every cent to my customers but I was left with $965.50 in Shopify credit card fees and the app refuses to reimburse me anything even though it was clearly their fault.

Super mal compre el modulo que me decia que 10 dias de garantia o devolvian el dinero, cuando le comente la devolucion dicen que no porque es un modulo entonces no, te mienten dañaron el whmcs, no funciona venta de dominios , no funciona para comprar , da error con la api de stripe vulnerabilidades, ataques, sumado a ello cada vez que comentaba algo es paga de 12 a 15 horas y arreglamos el problema que ellos mismos ocacionaron, Es una basura de modulo y engañadores
