Wish there was a minus rating. Booked a bond clean prior to settlement of my home. Booking process and the upsell was easy but when it came to quality of work and following up afterwards it went downhill. I paid nearly $900 for a 4 bedroom, 2 living room clean. Clean was terrible. They did not complete all that was promised in their cleaning list. Front of kitchen cabinets, inside of windows, window sills, inside dishwasher was not touched. I paid extra for wall cleans and although they did wipe them, not down properly and dirty wipe marks from cleaning rag were visible. Floors not mopped in entirety and some rooms not at all. Carpets not vacuumed properly. Trying to speak to them afterwards is problematic. Numerous messages and emails. They fall back to their 're-clean guarantee' and ask for at least 5 days to re-clean, which was not an option in my case, not that you should have to ask for a re-clean in the first place. I asked for a refund and they said it is not in their policy. I pushed and referred to consumer law and they would only give a partial refund, despite me needing to re-clean the house and go over the poor cleaning. Avoid them! Made the stress of moving so much more stressful.
Cancelled the day before the clean
Clean booked the week before, then received a text the afternoon before cleaning day saying the cleaner's vacuum had broken and they couldn't make it. I replied saying I had my own and they could use that, within 5 minutes of their text, then later got a message saying they had accepted another job. Their subsequent reply was a single cleaning slot the next week and no more availability. They appropriately refunded me but this was poor communication. Not enquiring if a customer has a vacuum, if this is indeed the cause for cancelling, then immediately booking another job demonstrates unreliability and impaired conscientiousness.

0 stars! Paid for 2 hours cleaning and the cleaner did 15 minutes cleaning, then sat down for 10 minutes until she was picked up. Poorly vacuumed the lounge and hall and dirty mopped with domestos! Said she cleaned the shower and toilet but didn't. Booking was hell and she didn't turn up on the day and time booked. Very difficult when I tried to cease future services (was meant to be regular cleans).
This company is horrible, and scammy
This company is horrible, everything from the customer service to the work carried out was subpar. Moving and getting a bind clean can already be a challenging experience but Whizz made it so much more complicated and difficult than it needed to be. I was also almost scammed twice as they tried to send two moving when I only requested one and they inflated the amount of packing materials they used which would have raised my price by almost $500. If you do go with them, make sure to double check everything, they live to just charge you without sending an invoice.

App & website are glitchy beyond belief. Won’t let me pay, keeps kicking me off. Nightmare. Going to go EasyJet even though the flights are more expensive.

They out and out LIE
They out and out LIE, deliberately miss quote then add on cost that they do not mention and are not documented until the day before when it is to late to try someone else. Original quote was $900 to move, this seemed a little low so we asked about it, nothing was mentioned so we went ahead. The first leg of our move cost us $1700, where we were charge extra for heavy lifting an extra $200 for shrink wrap and an extra 6 hours loading time so a move that was quoted at $900 looks like costing us $3400, not even close to their quote, don’t trust this company they have terrible business practices, the removalists were great but the company is very shoddy they will massively over charge and add on costs they never informed you about. We are taking our case to the ombudsman and advise others who have been ripped off by this company to do the same. If you do choose to get a quote ask about the extras and how many hours labour it usually takes, they quoted us 4 hours and charged for 16, a lot of the time charged was off site loading and unloading for storage. Be very careful as this ended up costing us a lot more then other quotes we received that didn’t have extras. We only move from Bankstown to Camden.

Absolute rip off paid £160 for a deep clean The cleaner was there way less than2 hours and had basically just wiped around. The oven wasn't cleaned the kitchen cupboards were still full of crumbs and sticky. When I complained about the extortionate price (£80 per hour) I was told it was a set fee?? So what incentive had the cleaner got to do a good job or spend extra time making sure the place was deep cleaned as requested. She then refused to leave until she had been paid my daughter was on her own in the property and felt intimidated so had no choice but to make payment . Disgusted should have gone with my instinct and avoided using them .
The kitchen cupboards were left filthy inside from previous owner despite me having specified they needed cleaning, I sent pictures to cleaning whizz but was told it was too late to complain or rectify the problem.

Booked for an end of lease clean early…
Booked for an end of lease clean early this year, due to subpar work/REA issues, ended up taking a lot longer to receive bond.
I booked in an EOL clean, including wall wash, carpet clean and balcony clean earlier this year since I was vacating the 1-bedroom apartment that I was renting. I was recommended to use Whizz through Movemein.
Experience:
The overall process of booking the appointment was easy, just did it through phone - however its quite pricey for what you get. Ended up costing $500 for a 1 bedroom clean, which upon hindsight, I should've shopped around to see more competitive quotes.
They remained in contact throughout and assigned me a cleaner quickly, sent me reminders and fortunately the cleaner arrived on time (despite having a scare where the cleaner almost rescheduled).
Overall, the clean was done efficiently and quickly - the carpet was cleaned, microwave and vents, the standard that you'd expect. However, upon our inspection, we could see that the wall wash wasn't up to standard - still leaving marks throughout the entire living room.
Long story short, I had requested a refund/re-do to which they needed the REA final report, which once I had connected them to the REA (who had issues with the wall wash as well as the balcony and needed these fixed before releasing the bond).
This whole process took over a week, to which the cleaner had to reschedule which ended up not having the re-clean completed. I initially commended the customer service agents Poy Castillo and Cherry Benito for the constant care in trying to get this fixed - dealing with an albeit very difficult Real Estate Agent. Unfortunately this wasn't completed and the new tenant had to clean this themselves and thankfully I got my bond back.
However, upon trying to get in contact to the same customer agents mentioned above regarding a refund for the wall wash that I had specifically paid for (I should've asked for both the wall wash and balcony add-ons refunded) and sent 3 emails to the same service that would reply quickly - they ghosted me and have not replied since.
What could've been a review that had turned positive, had they completed the reclean or at least compensated for their subpar EOL clean, turned negative due to clearly not caring to even respond anymore.
I do not recommend going with this company for your EOL, especially when it comes to price + quality.

We were leasing out our property and decided to book a vacate clean rather than clean it ourselves. Our real estate agent booked a vacate clean for us through Whizz cleaning. We let the cleaner into our empty house in the morning. We had planned for the cleaner to clean during the day and then photographs to be taken in the afternoon following the clean.
We returned to the house the following day and were absolutely disgusted by the condition it was left in. The floors were not mopped and hardly vacuumed, no surface had been wiped or cleaned, no drawers or walls were cleaned, there was toilet paper and bits of plastic put into our toilet bowel and left there and our oven grills were left dirty soaking in the laundry sink. The amount that we were supposed to pay for a ‘vacate clean’ was crazy considering the house was dirtier than we had left it. We actually could not even see anything that had been cleaned. We were absolutely appalled and disgusted. I phoned whizz cleaning who stated they cannot do anything as it was booked by a real estate agent.
I contacted my real estate agent who also disgusted and sorted us to have photographs taken again after a proper clean was completed.

Because I'd been so busy lately I gave myself a treat and wanted to get in a cleaner. Big mistake. They demanded payment in advance , and failed to turn up. When I complained, the offered another appointment a week later. Big surprise, no show , so I have to chase up a refund from company . Disgraceful, laughable service
Single females - Beware!
If you are single and female organising a move, please exercise caution using this company. The company failed to provide the number of men (3) pre-organised. In addition, wrong sized truck was dispatched and consequently the men were not able to take all of my belongings. The customer service offered to dispatch another truck the following day with an insensitive charge of a 2-hour fee which I declined! In addition, the 2 men asked numerous times their hourly rate and how I was going to pay them (unprofessional behaviour) and to my mum who was at the other location. They were slow, moving boxes first bulky furniture and boxes. The whole job took 7 hours which costed $1400 and I had to deal moving the rest of my belongings! I had to resort throwing established plants and driving back and forth. To add further insult, their “complaints administration” took 12 days to reach out via email - no phone calls. Very unprofessional, poor communication and appropriate response - it seems this business does not priority quality customer service as their business. They will bombard you at the first instance by phone calls to get your business then it was downhill after that. Nightmare moving experience!
