I was introduced Tom of Emergence Property last year. And I have received excellent advice and guidance from him and his team. In the last 10months, we are heading to the second investment and is all hands off from my end.

I started my investment journey with Emergence just before the COVID pandemic. What a great hands off experience it has been. My main point of contact was/is Tom Mills and he and his team are the most helpful, proactive and knowledgeable people you can have on your side. The support starts from the very first time a property is sourced and you still get that support after the completion.
I have never actually met Tom or attended any of their days out, but I have spoken to him numerous times.
Having sourced a couple of properties through Tom maybe now I should meet the team lol.

For me the litmus test has been the Covid period. When everyone was dreading communicating with investors, Tom consistently kept us posted on the property developments. No rosy picture was painted, fact was presented as is with an optimistic mindset. I haven't had a chance to meet Tom is person but very confident to work with him.
