While you might have to watch out for scams online that use this tool this site itself is not a scam. I went through them with my worries and they took care of me by refunding me and canceling my subscription that was unwanted. Honestly if I ever want the subscription I think I would trust this site again to come back just because of how well they took care of me

Great Customer Service

I was subjected to a very sophisticated scam that included signups for legitimate companies.
I figured out I was being scammed. I sent a 2 line thru their chatbot.
In 10 minutes Tom had processed a full refund and cancellation, unprompted, and asked if I would share details with them.
Wow.
If I ever need their services, they've got my trust. Corporate ethics and excellent customer service in a very tense situation?! Is that a thing?

The system is not set up for what I wanted to do, but it can give great insights into a profile the AI analyzes. This is excellent for what it advertises, but I purchased it looking for something else, and the company helped me out immediately. If I need services more in line with what they offer, I will definitely purchase again. Would be great to use to analyze a profile of someone you are interested in dating or hiring for work as well.

I wasn't satisfied when I purchased a plan and didn't get my credit report so I emailed customer service to get my plan canceled and Tom reversed the charge and canceled my plan. Great kudos to Whitebridge CEO, Tom,! Has great business ethics! I received an email from him asking about their services. I replied had zero problems with the services. I had cancelled my subscription due to fraudulent Marketplace rental landlords wanting credit scores, etc. I just chalked it up to another life experience. Tom graciously offered to refund my acct! I wasn't expecting that but very grateful! You don't see that very often. Thank you again Tom, preciate your business & ethics!
