Whites of Lancaster packed and moved our belongings into storage (stage1), taking two full days this week, so far from quotation to storage they have been approachable, hard working, kind and caring and packed very carefully our possessions and furniture as if it was their own. Staff clean, well presented and friendly. Van, Materials including packing spotless and well labelled.

Steve and his colleague worked really hard in very hot conditions to load the van at the property we were moving out of. On the second day, with delivery to a storage unit, they made every effort to arrange the items in the storage room in a way that would still give us access to boxes and other items that we might need. We couldn't fault their work and everything was moved without any problem.

We have found White to be a fantastic company, whose staff are both friendly and helpful. We have 2 flights of stairs, with some heavy furniture but Jason O and Riley W were not phased by this and with good humour, just carried the items up.

They both helped make the day less stressful with a great deal of good natured banter shared between them.

I have to highly commend the service I received from this company. I was really nervous beforehand as this was a major move for me with many items covering 3 decades of stuff! The company made it pain free. Utter professionalism from beginning to end point. Stuart and Kevin in particular were exceptional in reducing my anxiety as their competency, expertise and professionalism was experienced by me throughout. I really felt they cared about what they do and that made me trust them. I moved from London to Yorkshire (my home town) and they made it so much less daunting than it could have been. Moving from Lancashire to Norfolk could have been a logistical nightmare, but Kevin ML, Miya J and Oscar R somehow turned it into something almost enjoyable.

Kevin ran the operation with all the precision of a drill sergeant—clear instructions, constant communication, and an obvious commitment to looking after his team as well as our belongings. If there was a moving equivalent of military manoeuvres, Kevin was definitely in command.

Miya may have been new, but you’d never have guessed it. Capable, hardworking, and quite possibly the UK's undisputed Folding Blanket Champion.

And Oscar? I’m still not entirely convinced the laws of physics apply to him. For someone who looked so young, his strength was genuinely astonishing.

Together, they made a stressful move far more palatable and took great care of us over all three days. A brilliant team and a credit to the company. Highly recommended!

The team who came to move us to Forres were brilliant. They arrived when they said they would and they never stopped, their work ethic was faultless, working very much as a team. Kev, Miya, Bob (day 1) & Riley (day 2) were an excellent team and kept my husband and i totally entertained with their banter and laughter! However, my husband wondered if we would get discount in view of Kev’s singing!!!! Cracking team, and not at all demanding on the “brew” front! Martin and Melissa back at base were also excellent keeping us abreast of everything. A good choice made choosing Whites. Thank you!

We recently moved from Kirkby Lonsdale, to store in Lancaster and then onwards to a new house in Penrith. We selected White & Co to carry out the move for us as I explained to a friend "We do not want the cheapest but the best." This turned out to be right. Adaptable, professional and thorough through out the move with friendly staff. The price was pretty good too!

From start to finish I can't recommend this company highly enough, they were superb. From the initial contact, the quotation, agreeing the move date (Martin) through to the actual move date they were a joy to deal with. A special mention to the removal team on the day, Stuart and Dave who were fantastic, nothing was to much trouble and everything was done with a smile and a sense of humour.
