Even better than it looked in the photo.
An unusual and attractive piece. Well made. Easy and comfortable to wear. It was well and safely packed and protected. Well presented in a nice quality box.

Beautiful earrings and promt delivery

Quick efficient and friendly service. Lovely jewellery. Repeat customers always satisfied and happy to recommend.

Lovely shop with lots of iconic Whitby jet jewellery. On a recent holiday I bought some beautiful jet earrings only to lose one only a week later! I was SO upset. I couldn't find the same ones in the online shop or anywhere else either which I was so sad about. So, I phoned the shop and they were absolutely amazing! I sent a photo and they very quickly sourced and posted a replacement for me. So very kind and helpful - amazing customer service! Can't recommend Simpsons highly enough. There are lots of places selling Whitby jet but I will be going to Simpsons for any future pieces, gifts etc. This kind of customer service is quite rare these days and great when you receive it. Highly recommend.

Great communications and personal service in the shop.
Made my surprise gift very special.

Quick efficient delivery of good quality jewellery

I spotted this brooch on a recent trip to Whitby but didn’t buy it and regretted
it. I went on line and found it so ordered it and it came the next day. It was in a lovely box and I’m delighted with it. It’s beautifully made and a little bit different. I would thoroughly recommend this Jewellers.

First class personal service with fast delivery. Perfect. Thank you.

Super helpful and quick to reply back when we had a query before ordering. Super fast delivery, and jewellery is beautiful

I really appreciate the contact and help regarding the potential shipping mess from Trump's stupid tarriffs. I received my package in good condition, and I know my wife is going to love her present!

Lovely earing much nicer than I expected will buy from again

Great choice of jewellery. Ordered online to pick up in the shop and they kept me informed throughout. Even checking in when I couldn't get to the shop straight away.
